Hey welcome to this AU that is pretty sure I have made up. This is the AU: C.A=character A C.B=character B
So basically all people are born with either a strong or a weak heart. There are also some people that are like doctors. They can check the hearts. So in this story C.A will get a boyfriend/girlfriend then they get dumped and they feel very sick. There friends bring them to the doctors and they say they have a problem with C.A heart.
That's all for now so let's begin ________________________ Em' POV I was awoken by the sound of my phone going off. I shifted up from my blankets and grabbed my phone from its charging dock. I turned on the phone and immediately realized it was mistake. The light from my phone went into my eyes and stung. I opened and shut my eyes before finally adjusting to its brightness. I went to my text messages and seen one from my boyfriend Preston.

I threw the phone down and sobbed and just couldn't stop. (P.S pretend that Em has roommates) I went out to the kitchen after calming down and see my 2 roommates Eve and Dawn the sisters. "Morning." They both said simultaneously. "Hey." I said quietly. "Are you ok?" Asked Eve flipping her black hair out of her eyes. "Uhh Preston broke up with me." I said bursting into tears. The last thing I saw was the sisters running to me before I fainted/blacked out.
In the hospital (because that's where you take people) I wake up and see a white room and there was an Iv in my arm. I looked at it confused then remembered what happened. A doctor came into the room a couple minutes later. Seeing that I was awake he called Dawn and Eve into the room. They both ran up and gave me a hug. They let go and the doctor told them they have to leave because they have to preform some tests on me. Test 1: stand UP and walk straight ✅ Test 2: keep food and water down ✅ And the last test where they checked my heart. The doctor brung in a woman who later introduced herself as Jess. She placed her hand on my head and closed her eyes (yes even though they are checking the hearts they touch there head) She opens her eyes back up after a moment and, goes to the doctor and whispers in his ear. He nods writing something on his clip board. They both leave the room and send back in Dawn and Eve. We talk for a while until I remember SHIT A HAD WORK TOADY. "DID YOU CALL MY BOSS AND TELL HIM THAT I WAS'NT GOING TO BE IN TODAY!!" I yelled to Dawn. "Of course." She answers, "We told him you where going to be in the hospital for a couple days. And he said that you should take as much time as you need, he also said some guy named Tim will be filling in for you." I nodded immediately calming down. The doctor enters the room again and sighs. "Maybe you should all sit down." He says. Dawn and Eve sit down on the end of my bed. The doctor explains that my heart is weak and if it breaks 1 once more i will die from the heart strings breaking.
