A Forest Short Cut

Once again thank you RachelR0304 for requesting this I do apologize for the short story but I think you'll understand why when you read it please leave your suggestions in the comments and I'll pump them out as fast as I can

Mike's Point of View: oh shit, oh shit, oh shit what do I do?! Troy has Dustin from behind with a switch blade to him. He says he'll send Dustin to the dentist If I don't jump into the quarry and "wet myself" he's taken this too far... but I can't let him hurt Dustin. This is for him, As I walk to the edge I contemplate if this is really it. What would Rachel do when she finds out what happened to me. I feared for how she would react, cry?, scream?, maybe she would... I don't want to think of her going that far but I just can't be sure.

Rachel's Point of View:  I wanted to use a short cut to see Mike faster, it was through the forest I now that was never safe but it was our anniversary and I couldn't wait to see him. But I faintly heard a "You know maybe toothless should  go to the dentist, What do you think Wheeler?" my blood got hot, like lava and I raced to the direction that  I heard the smug bastard when I came to the old dirt trail Me and Michael would walk on I saw it all. troy and his friend asshat  Mike and Dustin oh I saw it all. before I could do or say anything I saw Michael he was at the edge of the cliff and he dropped off. All time stopped, what could I feel? anger, for Troy and his friend? fear for Michael and Dustin? I just didn't know. But then it was like Michael just went back in time, he was back! He was back on the edge then Troy turned his attention to someone who I didn't see in the picture. 

It was none other than Eleven the badass. Troy walked up to her and before he could get anywhere near her he wailed out in pain as she cracked her neck. and effectively snapped his arm in the unpleasant direction, Troy and his friend ran off. Again a-fucking-gain they walked away, they never learn but I turned back to Dustin Eleven and Michael who noticed me standing there.  I could feel myself tearing up and right as Mike spoke the dam broke I was a mess I was glad I didn't wear makeup. Mike hugged me and i asked "what the hell were you thinking? were you even?" he looked down and said "I-I-I'm sorry" I felt anger rising in me and said "you're sorry?! Mike I watched you jump to your death and that's what you say?! Michael I couldn't live with myself if you just up and killed yourself... on our anniversary for crying out loud!" I collapsed in his arms and said "I can't lose you Michael wheeler I just can't" I kissed him and said "I love you" I turned to Dustin and Eleven and hugged them I looked at Dustin and said "are you alright Dustin? he nodded and said "yeah Rachel I am thank you" I smiled and said "any time" I looked at Eleven and I couldn't say anything I just let my jaw drop and as she spoke I hugged her tighter and said "you won't ever know how much this means to me Eleven, thank you so much" she smiled and said "friends do anything for each other" i just smiled and nodded we all calmed down at Michael's place and tried our best not to think about almost losing Mike
