Chapter 2
(The next day, after school)
Edwards POV
Bella lets go take a walk.
Is something wrong? I haven't felt good today, I havent been able to keep down any food.
It wont take long I just need to talk to you about something. (They walk deep in to the woods silently.)
Bella, I'm moving.
Where are we going?
I am going away with my family. Bella you're not my family. You were nothing but a fun time. I lied to you when I told you I loved you.
I love you Edward. I will change, I'm sorry. Whatever I did I will change. I Love you, please don't do this... Bella bends over and throws up, when she looks up Edward is gone.
Bella's POV
I keep looking and looking but I can't find him. Why did he leave me? How could he leave me? I try to wipe my face off, but more tears flow down. A wave of nausea comes over me. I bend over and vomit everywhere. I start walking, stumbling, falling. I finally give up I lay there cradling myself. I drift off to sleep.
(This next part I changed a little from the book)
Jacob's POV
Where can she be? She has never ran away... Oh my god, there she is! BELLA... BELLA are you ok? I scream at her motionless body. I shake her, but no response. I pick her up and start running towards the search group.
Charlie, I found her. I hand her over to him. God I hate Cullen, he will pay for what he has done to her. How could he leave her?
Bella's POV
What happened? What day is it? I say to myself as I open my eyes. I feel around not knowing where I am at. Ok, I am in my bed. I sit up and look around. Why is Jacob sleeping on the floor? It all hits me at once. The memories start flashing through my head of Edward our love making, my birthday, and the break up.
Immediately I start crying, then dry heaving. Thank god I havent ate in awhile or I would of threw up everywhere.
Whats wrong Bella? Jacob asks me as he runs to my side.
Why dont you take a wild guess! I scream at him madly. Jacob throws his arms around me before I can push him away. Surprisingly it feels nice. I nuzzle my head into his neck crying.
Shhh Bella. Its ok. You can cry, get it all out. I will be here. I will take care of you.
I start hiccuping. Thanks Jacob. I really needed to get that out. My stomach starts growling.
No problem Bella. I want you to know I mean what I say. I will take care of you. I wont ever let him hurt you again. And to start off with that we need to get you something to eat. You have been asleep pretty much a week.
What!?!?! Your joking me right?
Nope, I wish I was. We have been so worried about you. I havent left your side. Charlie has been here too. But Bella we need to get you some food. You kept waking up crying, shaking, and throwing up. Have you been sick?
Yeah, I have had some type of stomach bug. It must also be the stress and from being upset about... you know... I dont wanna mention his name.
Well what are you feeling. If you feel strong enough we can go out, or if not I can make you something. Whatever you would like.
Well I think I would like some eggs and pickles to be honest with you. It sounds so odd but so good!!!
Your wish is my command! Let me help you get up.
Jacob is so sweet, especially since the way I treated him when you know was around.
He must think im weird. I even think im weird. Eggs and pickles? Hmmm.... maybe with some mayo and ranch!
(About 20 minutes later)
You sure you dont want any Jacob?
Im good... Eggs and mayo... fried pickles with ranch, gross! I dont know how you can do it. The smell wants to make me throw up!
Ugh, throw up. Why did you have to say that! I say as I star gagging. Watch out! I run to the bathroom where I will be locked in at for the rest of the night.
