“Shh… don’t say that. I love you too…it just took me time to realize things. But I really do love you.” We stayed silent for a while. Still slow dancing. Taking me time to realize, and when things sink in into me, I just smile at the ground.
She loves me too.
“You look beautiful tonight.” I complimented her even though she’s always beautiful.
“Thank you… You don’t look bad yourself.” She smiled at me. So we just continue dancing.
“So what are we now?” she asks me.
“It depends on what you want us to be.” I tell her as I smiled to her. Then she pokes my dimples and ruffles my hair.
“And it depends if you’re going to ask me.” She’s so cute when she pouts.
“And it will also depend on what you’ll answer when I ask you.” I smirk at her.
“Why are you so logical?” She asks me and I just chuckled.
“And why are you so beautiful?” I tell her then she blush.
“I love you.” I tell her. Now I am a little bit afraid if she’ll answer back…
But instead of answering me, she attached her lips to mine. And fireworks, sparks or whatever is that called lit up in my body, electricity flow in my skin. I kiss her back, never wanting to end the moment.
We end the kiss and we just smiled to each other.
We didn’t say anything, but I know I’m hers and she’s mine…
We go back to the table where we are sitting a while ago, and Megan and Xander are already there, with their wide grin in their faces.
“So how’s the new couple?” Megan asks, I think all my blood just rushes up to my face, I can tell my face is really red, even Alison.
“Shut up.” I tell her. And she just sticks her tongue out and Xander just laugh.
So I offer Alison a seat, which she gladly accepted.
“We saw what you two did there.” Xander tell me.
And I am again, blushing. Is it normal for a guy to blush? Trust me I don’t even know.
We just eat, laugh, and talk. Some of our classmates’ starts to came up with me and say hi. So I smile and say hellos. So far tonight’s going on smoothly. Matt apologizing, I and Alison admitted our feelings for each other. So I am afraid on what will happen later when I tell her I’m leaving for the X-factor…
So the time flies very fast, I go to the stage to perform the last song…
“So guys I know a lot of you doesn’t know this, but…” I look straight to Alison waiting for what am I going to say.
“I am… leaving for the X-factor.” Alison start to build tears in her eyes, and it starts to fall. Megan rubbed her back. I am still looking at her.
“I am auditioning for the X-factor because it’s my dream. I want to achieve that dream being a singer. So what am I going to perform to you guys is the song that I’ll be using when I audition. I want to know what you think guys.”
I sang ‘Isn’t She Lovely’…
When I finished the song, I quickly go next to Alison.
“I am sorry that I didn’t tell you earlier…” I tell her as I kiss her forehead and hug her.
“It’s okay. Achieve your dreams…” she says between her sobs.
“But what about us?” I ask her.
“You’ll always be mine, and I’ll always be yours. Just promise me you won’t forget about me.” She tells me with her pleading eyes.
“I will never forget about you. But promise me you’ll wait for me.” I tell her.
“I will… I love you.” She tells me.
“I love you too.” I pull out the necklace I bought and put it on her neck.
