Manik's Pov..

I m Manik Malhotra, 24 years old, an Army officer, works in Indian Force. For me, my country is everything, everything else comes secondary in front of my country's safety. Being an officer, nothing is more important, for me. And I totally love my job. I'm not in from those who joins army just for their family survival, to feed them. I wholeheartedly joins Force. Since childhood, I wanted to do something for my country, to contribute in growth of my country, if needed to give whole of me on my country, to sacrifice anything for my country, all this wishes of mine lead me to join Army Force, what else can be better than this, to fulfill all my dreams on my country.

My country is my first love!

Also, My Mom & Dad never stopped me in anything, they give me full freedom to choose my career on my own. Infact, to join force, there was a big hand of my mom & dad. As since childhood they always taught me, all the good things in life, they teach me to love my country, and always said try to give ur everything to your country, do your works in a way, which bring you up as well as your country, try to love every other person of your country, help them, secure them, bring happiness for them. Become a reason for your country's happiness.

I feel myself lucky, to have them as my parents!

So, upbringed with all this, where else my perfect place could be rather than Force. Hence, here I'm. Near to my motherland, Fully Devoted.

Now, I'm here standing on a J&K (Jammu and Kashmir) border, on LOC (Line Out of Control). Come on, I'm an officer, where else you can found me, rather than this. I'm standing here with my team, since from 4 days, continuously. It is a sunny day today luckily, sun was shining at its peak, giving us warmness, and strength to stand over here with firmness. As Kashmir is a chilly place, and u hardly see sunny day here. But today, god blessed us with this day.

On this border, There were many chaos going, since so long. Although, this border is already famous for having chaos unstoppably, since our country got freedom, but now a days its increases more. Any time, day & night, opposition force starts firing and crossed the line, that's why me n my team, transfered over here. Having a past of handling any type of situation, without effecting anyone, in any manner. My team got selected for this work. And I have full faith on my team, that we can also handle it as well.
