The Mighty Prince Gumball

Marshall POV
The ball was pretty boring, since it was "formal" and I decided to bug Bubba some more since he was the only one here who didn't want to make me stab myself in the eye.
I pull Gummy aside and spun him around on his heels.
"Lets go, I know a party that's a lot cooler than this shit."
"Language Marshall."
"Alrighty Cap."
(I made a reference there. Just saying)
"I can't leave my own ball."
I pursed my lips and smiled devilishly at my pink friend.
"Sure you can, come on."
I grabbed him and threw him into my arms, princess style and flew out of the room and into the night sky.
"Marshall!"
He squeaked and held on to me tightly.
"P-put me down!"
"Is someone afraid of heights?~"
I said this jokingly of course, Bubba can't be afraid of heights, he's well....maybe.
"Yes I am! Put me down!"
He said this while shoving his face firmly into my chest and breathing heavily, his eyes shut, he scrunched his face up.
I flew down and set him gently on his feet.
"Who knew the mighty prince Gumball was afraid of heights. I sure didn't."
He crossed his arms and began walking without me, I flew around him in a circle.
"Awwww come on Bubba don't be mad. I didn't know."
He furrowed his brows and gave me a "humph" face as he began walking faster, taking longer strides.
I pulled him back to face me and put my hands on his shoulders.
"Don't be pissy at me. I honestly didn't know, I wasn't fucking around with you or anything."
He averted his eyes for a second and then looked back into mine, sighing he says.
"I'm fine in a plane or on Monochromeacorn but with you it's just...I don't know more frightening, I don't know why."
I made a displeased face and started floating again, pulling him with me, I made sure to keep him on the ground this time.
Why the hell is it only me?
This is bullshit.
Fucking Prince Gumball being an epic ass over here and not realizing that's obviously offensive. Whatever.
I drag him to a party LSP was having but completely didn't want to go to until now, manly because it's filled with Cinnamon bun and a bunch of other Lumpy space peeps.
It has to be better then that nail on a chalk board ball Gummy was having.
Everyone was dancing and once I arrived LSP grabbed me by the wrists and hauled me to the stage.
"MARSHALL YOU HAVE TO PLAY!"
He pushed me up onto the stage and I sighed smirking and fixing my hair as I turned my ax guitar to the front of my body.
I strummed the first few chords to make sure the guitar was in tune and then began.
(The ~~ means Marshall is singing)

I looked at Gumball and he stared in awe at me, I smiled in spite of him.

Gumball furrowed his brows like he does when he's doing a really complex math problem and he can't quite seem to get it right, I try not to stare directly at him but I end up doing it anyways.
