"You tired?"

You turned your head to the left to see a man in about his twenties sitting next to you.

"A little." You yawned, only proving that you were.

"Get some sleep. It's a long flight. I'll wake you up when we get there." He smiled, his brown hair flopping as he did so.

"Thanks, I'm (Y/N) by the way. Nice to meet you."

"Ah, your the young kid on the volleyball team. I'm Chris, short for Christian, I play soccer. Oh, sorry, you should sleep. It's still fairly early."

"Hmm, well good night I guess, or good morning."

Chris laughed slightly before letting you fall asleep next to him.

~~

"Eh, shorty, wake up. We're here."

Lazily opening your eyes, you saw the smile coming off of Chris' face.

"You were asleep for over 13 hours. Most of us were, so the coaches offered to buy us some lunch at the closest restaurant."

Standing up from your seat, you realised the two of you were the only ones on the plane besides some flight attendants.

You yawned as you picked up your bag from under the chair. And adjusted your team jacket as you walked off the plain.

Taking sluggish steps down the tunnel, being followed by Chris, the energetic, short, twenty year old he is, ran ahead of you and jumped onto his teammates who struggled to carry him.

You, on the other hand, walked to your team and headbutted the closest person in the back.

"I'm sleepy! Carry me."

"Whining ain't gonna help ya kid." Came a gruff voice.

Looking up and opening your eyes, you found out that the teammate you headbutted, was actually your cranky coach.

"Sorry coach. I wasn't looking where I was walking." You yawned.

"It's alright. Now come on team. We're going to bag pick up, or whatever that thing's called." Will grunted.

~~

Waiting.

Waiting.

Waiting.

"What happened to getting food?!" You could hear Chris yell a few metres away.

"We need to get our bags first and drop them off at the hotel. Clam down." Replied his probably irked friend.

There were only a few bags left to be picked up by the various athletes, but it already felt like you had been waiting for hours.

Seeing the last of your luggage, you cheered, throwing it onto your trolly and pushing it to your teammates.

"FINALLY!"

"Shut Up Chris!!"

~~

Everyone had thrown (literally) their bags into their shared room and met up at the lobby of the hotel.

"Welcome to Tokyo everyone!" The bellhop yelled in English.

You stood walked next to Hina, following the very large crowd of (C-ians? Or whatever).

"My cousin on my moms side lives here along with my grandfather and other family members. Before we left (C) he asked me if our team come come watch some of his games before we get busy with the Olympics. I asked Will, Jen and Paul. They said that it would be a great idea. But I'm kind of worried that we would be a little intimidating to them you know?"

Still walking, you looked at her.

"Hina, I don't know."

Your face showed no emotion, making Hina sigh and continue speaking.

"Well maybe not you, but the rest of the team are gigantic. And we would be watching people your age. I just think they might be a little freaked out by seeing a bunch of girls that tower over them. And i don't want to scare them away-"

"Hina, your rambling."

"Sorry." Her voice when softer.

"In two days we will watch them play some games as their tournament picks up. Their about to go on their summer break and my cousin thinks that meeting us would be a confidence booster."

"What's his name?"

"Ukai Keishin."
