"Neighhh, neighhh" said Lil Sebastian as he reaches the top of the ferris wheel for the 129830832th time since the carnival thing.Why was the ferris wheel even still working??? Pawnee is so dumb. Just kidding I love Pawnee wish I could live there.
When Andy is walking around the carnival ground to find Champion, guess what he spots?? The ferris wheel!!! And guess what he sees on the ferris wheel??
"Waheyyyy that's lil Sebastian!!! Hes alive!!" Says Andy.
Andy climbs the ferris wheel and gets Lil Sebastian off. As he does that he sees something else in the ferris wheel that Lil Sebastian was in.......... CHAMPION THE THREE LEGGED DOG!!!! But there was something else.... Champion had given birth to horse puppies!!!
"Awwwwww" Said Andy, "That's bloody adorable."
The next day at work Andy decides to give everyone there a horse puppy as a present.
