Chapter1

The time said 7pm, he looked round the room there was just a wooden bed beside it was a table filled with papers of his unfinished work.
His phone beeped again with messages from his agency giving him a dead line to submit if not he is out. He ran his hands through this hair as a sign he was stressed out he needed a break
He got up for the chair and walked to Just for Jane to get some of their delicious pancakes his mouth watered has he thought of it. He has been going there since the time he moved here. Jane and her husband james with their kids Julie 20, Andrew 18 , Paul 15& Pauline 15 were like family to him, Gosh he stilled remembered how he met them like it was yesterday

" I was Driving through the streets in the heavy rain searching for my apartment when I almost hit a kid not thinking twice I slammed the brake and got out to check if the boy was okay
The kid was on the floor soaked and was shaking he thought who would let a kid out in this kind of weather .
I took him inside the car and asked "what is your name , address he looked at me unsure if he could trust me
You have to tell me so I can take you home

I don't want to go home

*dammit, great I am stuck with big baby

Look kid I an sure your parents would be worried about you and you are a big boy

I am not a boy, I am a girl she said

*shocked* did you ran away from home

I ran because my twin brother and his friends made fun of me calling me a tomboy and saying I am ugly

Wow that's harsh

I know right he is my twin brother he is suppose to be taking care of me

I know but look he doesn't realise what an amazing sister he has yet and those other boys they are just butt heads so don't let anyone let you down

Are you ready to go home now cause I am starving

Yes but if I do you have to eat in my mom's restaurant

She gave me the directions to the place and I parked around the corner the rain as stop finally
We got down and when Pauline opened the door a woman rushed to hug her and was crying after some few minutes she started shouting at her for making everyone worried I decided to give them their privacy I step around the conner but could see Pauline telling her family something and was pointing to me

Then the woman walked up to me then hugged me *shocked*

My daughter told me what you did for her thank you very much

I did what anybody would have done

Join us for dinner please

I can't say no to that

Since then I met the rest of the family and we became close.
