One Chance (Cameron Dallas fanfic)

Too much to handle?

"You know" Ava asks astonished.

"I think so" I answer.

"So who" she asks.

"Brody" I tell her.

"Brody as in Brody your ex that supported your mom hitting you" she asks shocked.

"Yep" I reply.

"Are you sure, how do you know" she asks quickly.

"Just the way he spoke to me and how he treated me" I reply.

"Wow I have no words" Ava shakes her head.

"Don't tell Cameron I don't want him doing anything before I'm sure it's him" I tell her.

"Okay but if Brody does anything again then you have to tell Cameron"

"Okay" I smile as we pull up to the hotel.

"I'm going to go find Shawn" Ava tells me as we step in the elevator.

"Okay I'm going to find Cameron and make sure he hasn't done anything stupid" I reply as we both step out of the elevator going in different directions.

"Cameron" I shout opening the door to his hotel room.

"Marissa" he shouts back running and hugging me.

"You didn't do anything stupid did you" I ask cupping his face and looking into his eyes.

"No I haven't" he smiles.

"Good" I reply kissing him.

"Doesn't mean I'm not gonna show this guy who he's messing with" Cameron murmurs.

"Cameron no leave it" I insist.

"Marissa this guy physically hurt you, I can't let that happen again" he shakes his head.

"How do you know he'll try that again" I persist.

"I don't" he replies.

"Exactly so don't do something you will regret" I say.

"No Marissa I have to make sure he won't try it again" he says running his fingers through his hair.

"He won't Cam Bro-" I stop myself from talking, but it was too late.

"What was that" he asks.

"Nothing" I smile.

"No you were about to say a name, you know who it is" he shouts.

"Cam please you have to listen to me, what this guys capable of"

"Marissa" he shouts.

"Cameron please" I beg tearing up.

"Okay, I'll listen" he smiles sitting on the bed with me.

"Well Brody, he's my ex. He was there when my mom started hitting me, when I turned to him for help he just said I deserve it. And so I broke up with him and from that point on him as his gang just have it out for me." I tell him.

"Now I definitely have to find this guy" Cameron replies.

"No Cam please, if he hurts me again then you can find him" I plead.

"Okay fine, only because I want you to be happy" he smiles pulling me into a hug.

"Thank you" I whisper into his chest.

"Come on let's get some rest" Cameron rubs my back walking toward the bed.

"Goodnight Cam" I say before drifting off to sleep.

******************next day******************

I wake up and reach over to Cameron only to realise he's not there.
I get out of bed and walk to the kitchen to see he's not there either.
"Cam where are you" I shout getting no response.
I pull on my slipper boots and walk towards the door, as I open it slightly I see Ava, Shawn, Matt and Cameron.

"We can't tell her not yet she's been through too much" I hear Cameron say.

"I agree she won't be able to handle this" Matt frowns.

What are they on about?
"Then it's agreed we won't tell Marissa yet" Ava says.
Their talking about me.

"Your not going to tell me what" I ask without thinking.

"Marissa we urm" Matt stutters.

"Trust me you don't want to know" Cameron tell me.

"No I want to know, I've through so much bull that I don't even care I'm just done" I shout.

"Okay we will tell you just come inside and sit down" Shawn smiles everyone nodding.

"Okay" I reply walking inside.

"Well urm I don't know how to tell you this but it's your brother" Cameron starts not able to look me in the eye.
"He's urm"..........
