Evie Sumner has it all: Boys, good grades, boys, friends, boys, a lovely family...
Oh, did I mention boys?

Evie Sumner can have any boy she wants with just the bat of her eye:
>They worship her
>They want her
>They'll do anything for her

I mean, who wouldn't want her? She's outgoing, crazy hot, daring, the list can go on forever.

Even though everyone knows she is, as has been, in a relationship for 2 solid years, everyone still chases after her... who is she to deny them?

No person on Earth has ever rejected Evie. Ever.

The words 'Evie' and 'rejected' just don't work together.

So, that's why it's a little surprising- shocking actually- that Lex Allen, the freaking nerdiest boy ever, is the first person to flat out reject her.

Evie, however, doesn't take 'no' for an answer.

Lex has caught Evie's attention.
>He's shy, always sitting in the back of the classroom.
>He's quite, some believe he's mute.
>He's obsessed with stars, more than any other normal person.
>He's unbelievably smart, always aceing every test.
>He's mysterious, no one in the school knows anything about him.

He's got secrets just waiting to be discovered and Evie is determined to be the first to discover them.

Little does Evie know, as she pries her way into his life, he might just slip into her heart.
Lex might just manage to open her eyes to a whole new world- one constellation at a time.

"What are you hiding anyway?" I inquire curiously, twirling my dark brown hair around my finger lazily. When I received no response, I set my gaze firmly on the small boy in front of me. He was trying to get everything from his locker, struggling with all the items already in his arms.

I'd offer to help but... nah.

"N-Nothing." He muttered softly, his icy blue eyes trained to his locker as he shakily collected all the items from it.

"People with nothing to hide don't usually stutter while denying the fact that they-" the point I was trying to make was cut off by the loud slam of a locker.

Lex was facing me now, his shoulders tense, long hair falling in front of his eyes as he glared at the ground, and his hand resting firmly on his locker. The same locker he had just slammed shut.

"It's none of your business, so just leave me alone..." He muttered softly before storming off, leaving me alone in the now-empty hallway.

Maybe I should respect his wishes and leave him alone?

But, honestly, what fun would that be?

A/N:

I'm pretty excited to start this story! I first thought of writing 'Constellations' after reading a lot of bad boy books (and I mean a lot). They were really enjoyable and I wanted to write my own... but it seemed cliche and ugh. Then BOOM it hit me.

Write one in reverse, where the girl in the relationship is more like the popular bad boy that everyone wants to be and the boy is, well, like the shy nerdy girl who needs a bad boy to save her.

I know, I know: this has probably been written before (like thousands of times) but whatever- I have never personally read one so it works out.

This book is really just an outlet for all the crazy ideas that enter my head (okay, not all of them- that would probably break the internet) and honestly- I am writing this for fun. Knowing me though, I'll forget about it halfway through and start writing a new book *sigh*... I'll really try to avoid that. Anyway, if you don't like it, don't read it.

I am (probably) not going to break into your house and force-read this story to you... it happens. Back to the point: if you don't like it then just leave *shrugs* I understand.

Hmmm... what else did I want to mention?... Oh yeah!

Steal my book and I steal your life. Get it? Got it? Good.

I'm joking of course! (or am I?)

But seriously, don't take my book. Read it, share it with your friends, obsess over it, stalk it, hate it silently, hate it loudly,  love it to bits and pieces, rip it to bits and pieces- honestly, I don't care- just don't steal it or credit it as yours.

Anyway... if I somehow convinced you to read this story, or you just skipped the author note because it's useless (same), then just mosey- is that how you spell mosey? Whatever- on over to the next chapter--

Hope you enjoy CONSTELLATIONS!!! *cheers and claps can be heard all around*
