It was a rainy day in Seattle. Which was normal and being born here I loved it. I didn't complain.

I realized just how cold my cheeks and finger tips were the minute I walked into the Wall of Sound Records store.
I came here often to check out music when I had time and I wasn't working.

"Heyy you're late!" My friend, Chris said pretending to scold me with a smirk on his face. He had long dark curly hair past his shoulders and crystal blue eyes, he had the grunge look.
Chris works here but he's also in a band called Soundgarden.

The other guy who worked here was kind of an ass so I usually came here when I knew Chris was working. He had a passion for music like I did. And he was truly awesome.

I chuckled and rolled my eyes. That's when I noticed a long haired guy standing by the counter as he turned to looked at me.

His hair was long like Chris's but a lighter shade of brown curly hair.
I noticed his high cheekbones when he tucked hair behind his ear and smiled at me.
He was shorter than Chris but still taller than me. He definitely had unique, but attractive features.

I smile politely before I tear my eyes away from the two of them before thing's got awkward.
I looked through different records as a silence filled the store.

I finally grabbed three records and walked up to the counter that Chris stood behind.
The other guy leaned over the counter reading the newspaper. And I couldn't help but take that moment to stare. Whoever he was, he was very handsome. I realized I had stared way too long when he looked at me and I saw his blue eyes.

I looked away.
Chris gave me the total and I paid.
"Have a good day" I smiled grabbing my stuff before heading out.
"You too hun" he called after me.

Eddie'sPov~

"Heyy you're late!"

I turned to look and see who Chris was joking with when I heard cute chuckling behind me. And I look over to see this girl.
She looked at me and I froze in place.

She was so beautiful, I smiled at her hoping I wouldn't come across as some creep.
She looked at me and smiled before looking away. She started to look through different sections of music.
I looked at her for a few moments longer then tore my eyes away from her and looked at the obviously stoned out of his mind Chris.

He wiggled his eyebrows at me then his eyes darted from me, to the girl. As if hinting at something.

She finally walked over as I leaned against the counter.
I read the newpaper but felt like someone was staring at me so I risked a glance and caught her looking at me.

Man was she fuckin beautiful.

Our eyes had met briefly before she looked away again. Her cheeks became pink, telling me she must be shy. She paid before leaving.

I watched as the burgundy haired girl walked out of the store. Wishing I would've had the balls to say something to her.

"Who the fuck is that?..." I wondered outloud.

"Her? Oh she comes in here all the time to look at music. Her name's Rose" Chris said.

I smiled. "Rose, huh?"

"Oh, let me guess you're gonna finally start hanging out with me around here only because of her" he added, sounding very butthurt.

I chuckled at him. "Dick.." he mumbled while shaking his head.

"Besides I think she's got a boyfriend" Chris said grinning at me as I pouted and looked down.

"But she was totally checking you out dude. You should at least talk to her next time she comes in here."

I sighed and thought about what Chris was saying. I did want to talk to her. She was just so beautiful and she was all I could really think about.
