CHAPTER 1.

"I'm finally here, at home... A hard day as always, I can not continue like this" -John said when he finally arrived home. Some kids at school threw up his books in the class change and everything he could do was to listen to all those bad words while he was taking up his books. The feelings were clear: He was accumulating hate inside his heart but he didn't have a way to let it go.

One day, he finished his classwork early so the professor let him go. Walking and thinking along the corridor an idea came up to him... "I want to change my life". That same afternoon he took his phone and a realized that a unusual message was inside his inbox, unusual because the only person who use to send him messages was his mom. Anyway, the message said: "Here, a present for you, xoxo", the phone number was private so he couldn't see who was the person. It contained a youtube link: "How to change your life". John was really surprised and he opened it.

For the next days, he continued like that, getting happier watching the videos, but it was not enough, the desire was so big and "he want to earn it as much as he want to breath", one of his favorite phrases.

He started by threwing away all the junk food and instead of eating that he used to eat all kind of vegetables and fruits, it was really difficult for him but not impossible. Gym and running were two of those pillars for a happy life, everything was going better than ever. He wanted to be the strongest power lifter in the world.

Months of hard work gave him a healthier heart, body and mind. Until the love of his life was in front of him outside the school, but she was with another man. John never had the courage to confess the love he always had for her. They were only friends... Their eyes met only for one second, Sara got inside that sport car and John could only watch, getting a fast smile which he fastly hide for the nervous moment. He made a promise for himself. His promise was to get the girl of his dreams: "the girl of my life", he thought.

The motivation was bigger than ever, he thought that he finally got a reason to work harder. Everybody started saying hello to him and he was feeling happier.
