Color 'Filter'

This tutorial is really simple. You don't have to give me credit for it. (Just because I don't ask for credit doesn't mean it wasn't my idea.)

1. Open the picture you want to add the 'filter' to.

2. Go to home, press on the two boxes in the upper left corner. Click the button that would allow you to add a foreground. Select whatever color you want your filter to be(mind you the filter may not look that exact color.)

3. Open the filter and search it across the whole screen. Go to transform and mess around with the blend modes. (You can also play with the opacity if you want) This is a lot like changing the color of something. (A different chapter a have.)

4. Save and add text if you want to.
