"yah youngjae-ah" seokjin yelled from the kitchen where he was baking.

"yes hyung" youngjae answered as he ran into the kitchen as fast as possible from the register he was working at.

" I need you to restock the pastel pink shortbread cookies and also I have a function to attend tonight so I'm gonna need you to take over for me, alright?" I looked at him with wide eyes.

"y-you mean, I'm closing up shop tonight?" I asked in a small voice.

"if its alright with you if not I can always get jimin to come in and cover"

"oh no no, its alright I was just taken back.. you've never asked me to handle the shop before. its an honour, really" I said matter-of-factly.

"alrighty, thanks jae I really appreciate this" seokjin said as he took off his apron and hung it up.

he walked over to his jacket and slipped it on as he grabbed the keys and tossed them to me, and then walked out of the shop.

"well, looks like its just me, myself and I tonight" I sighed.

from what I've heard nobody ever comes in during late night hours so its pointless but just in case we have to be open at all times in case of dessert emergencies.

I whistled growl by exo as I cleaned up the counters and put away the ingredients left on the counter.

in the middle of singing I hear the bell ring signaling that a customer had walked in.

I peek out of the kitchen door and see a man not to much older than me, maybe a couple years older.

he looked like he just came from a job, his hair was all disheveled and he looked exhausted.

I wonder why he came to a sweets shop of all places after a day of work, I guess maybe it could cheer you up.

the man looked around the small shop filled with an array of pastel and colorful cookies waiting to be bought by old ladies needing a snack or something for their grandchildren or children who beg their parents for something sweet.

the man seemed as if he was looking for something but I didn't know what. he stared at the cookies with the baby blue frosting, looking ad if he was debating on whether he wanted to buy it or not.

he then glanced in my direction, I gasped and his behind the wall of the kitchen so he didn't see me.

I heard the bell ring again signaling that he left.

well that was close, also really odd.

he just.

left.

I thought about the weird man who had just came into the shop and then left looking as if he was lost.

come to think of it he was really attractive.

his eyes.

his cute little nose.

his plenty of ear piercings.

and the two moles above his eye.

he was very attractive indeed.

as I snapped out of my thoughts I continued to clean until it was time to close up. I turned the lights off and grabbed my jacket before I locked up and walked into the dark night.

the only thing on my mind was the man who came into the shop that day.

I wanted to see him again.

soon.
