Ding Dong!!
The doorbell was rung. Maya rushed to the door. She opened it.
"Maya!!! Happy Birthday!!"
"Zay!! Thanks so much!!"
Maya hugged Zay then asked,"Is the rest of the gang coming?"
"They said that they would be here in about half an hour. In the meantime, when are we going on our next date? We haven't gone out for two months now."
That's right. Maya and Zay are a thing now and have been for the past six months!! They started dating on the second day of their sophomore year of high school.
Today was Maya's birthday and she had planned for a special treat. When Riley, Lucas, and Farkle arrive, they were going to go to an Adele concert. And they were of course going to In-N'-Out before that! This was going to be a great day!
"How about tomorr-" Maya forgot something though and only just realized it: the perfect outfit.
She screamed and ran to her closet, trying to find at least one dress that was casual and dressy.
"Maya, what's wrong?!?"
"I forgot to pick my clothing!! Of all the things I could have forgotten, WHY MY CLOTHING?!?"
"Why do girls complain about their looks so much? I mean, all boys do is pick something and it always coincidentally happens to match pretty well..."
"Because we actually take the time needed to look PERFECT. Check my drawers!"
Zay searched through her messy drawers but found nothing. He went all around her room looking for something nice, but he couldn't find anything. Maya snapchated the whole incident and was really starting to freak out. She knew that Riley always had a thing for perfect clothing.
"We need to go to Demolition and find something and we only have... ten minutes to do so!! Get moving Mr. Wonderful!!", said Maya.
Mr. Wonderful was Zay's nickname. It's kinda like Uncle Boing or Ranger Rick. They left Maya's apartment and headed to Demolition. Since they knew that they would never make it back to the apartment in time, Maya decided to text Riley.
M: Hey!! Look, I 4got to pick something to wear and I won't be back at the apartment in time. I'll meet u at in n out.
R: Totally get u. See u then👍!
