Liechtenstein hated  this.

And technically, this was all her fault, too. She had screwed something up and endangered the lives of her entire group. Now her brother was angry and not speaking to her, and Norway didn't look too happy either. She sighed and hung her head as she continued to be dragged along by her brother. Her feet were so tired of walking, of meeting at the lookout point, of all of this. She wanted to go home and sleep. And maybe have a nice tea party with her stuffed animals. If she continued like this, she would collapse from exhaustion.

"Vash---"

"No, Lili."

He had anticipated that she wanted to take a break soon, but they had only been here for four hours. How was she supposed to stay awake for the next twenty if she slept now? He shook his head softly and continued dragging her. Romano's loud voice was the only thing keeping silence from communing with their small group. Norway looked aloof, Spain just listened to Romano, and, well, Liechtenstein...

There was sudden tug on his hand, and as he looked down to check what happened, his heart skipped a beat. Her legs had collapsed and she fallen out of exhaustion. A small puff of air escaped her mouth. Her face was red and her hair tousled, emerald eyes fluttering. Coupled with the outfit she was wearing, she looked very attractive to a certain Swiss who was watching her with heightened curiosity. He sighed. "Looks like I'll have to carry you, then." She perked up at this as her face turned an even brighter red. Being so close to brother... Surely that was wrong in some way?

"But bruther---"

"No buts. If you can't keep going on your own, I'm going to carry you. You can't sabotage the safety of the group with your emotions again." In other words, he really  wanted to hold her. She was silent at this, remembering her previous lash out of emotions that could have possibly gotten them all killed. As he hauled her onto his back, she couldn't help but recognize how firm his back was. She sighed in contentment and closed her eyes.

Vash allowed himself to relax once he heard the gentle snoring coming from his back. She was asleep, finally. That meant he could hand her off to Norway and go take care of a 2p in a different room. He turned towards the magic wielding Norwegian only for Spain to grasp his shoulder.

"It's okay, Switz. I'll do it, si?"

Spain pulled out his pistol. "You can stay with her. We all know how much you like her, anyway." Switzerland blushed and looked away. Romano nodded. "Yeah, you idiot. It's-a extremely obvious. Why don't-a you-a say something already? I'm sure she's-a waiting for-a you."

From Switzerland's back, Liechtenstein held her breath in anticipation of her brothers answer.

"Well--I---NO! She's too young. Besides, I'm her brother! Spain, you said you were going!!!"

Liechtenstein sighed in disappointment. Spain simply chuckled and nodded, cocking his gun. "Romano--" He didn't get to finish as he was tackled with a big hug. Romano buried his face in the Spaniard's collar. "Spain, I don't-a want you to-a go. You might---" Spain cut him off. "Don't finish that sentence. Don't. I will come back and you will all be waiting for me, right here. Okay? So let go." Romano obeyed, reluctantly.

Spain brushed himself off, waved goodbye, and opened a door. As soon as he stepped inside, the door swung shut and locked. He sighed and turned around to face a colorfully dressed man with a scarf, purple shades, and a designer suit.
