"What's your name?" I asked, looking at him. He glanced over at me, smile still bright on his face.

"That is a question you already know the answer to, Daniela. However, Where are my manners nonetheless, I'm Agent Kingsley. I am a Senior Management Intelligence Officer at MI6, one of the youngest the agency has ever seen, so I am qualified to teach you lot a thing or two about being a field agent. Speaking of which, I want to know what I am working with so we are going on a mission. Pack up, we're heading out." He clapped his hands together before leaving us and walking out the door. We followed him out the building and to a bus. We drove into town and pulled up into a carnival. I'm pretty sure Evan texted me about this.

"The assignment is easy. Steal 3 licenses, copy 3 sets of keys, and 3 items containing DNA. Simple." He said before releasing us. I found a person whose keys were dangling off their pants. It was a simple swipe, easy. I bumped him, swiped his keys and also managed to slip my hand in his pocket to grab his wallet. He dropped the cup he was holding, spilling Coke everywhere.

"Oh dear I am so sorry." I apologized in my country accent. "Please let me pay for that." Behind my back I felt around for his license, plucking it out before dropping his wallet back on the ground.

"Don't worry about it. Accidents happen." He laughed, going to grab his discarded cup.

"Allow me, it's the least I could do." I grabbed his cup and his wallet as well. "It looks like you dropped this." I handed it back to him.

"Thank you. I didn't realize I dropped this." He slipped it out of my hands and back into his pocket.

"My pleasure. You have a lovely rest of your day." I smiled before walking away. I plucked the straw he was using out of the cup and dropped it into a collection bag.

Over the next 10 minutes I got my other two done. Simple. On my way back to Agent Kingsley I heard my name being called.

"Ellie!" I whipped around and saw Evan jogging towards me. "I thought you couldn't make it to the fair.

"Hey babe!" I greeted, more than a little caught off guard. He wrapped his arms around me and pulled me into him. I felt... sick. "Yea, no. Our school surprised us with a field trip."

"You've been MIA recently." He pouted down at me. Fuck.

"Yea, I know. It's been a wild couple of weeks. Plus spring break just happened and my momma took me out of town. I've barely had time to breathe. I'm sorry." I explained without really explaining anything.

"No worries, babe. I understand. I've just missed you, that's all." He brushed a piece of hair behind my left ear and it took everything in me not to flinch away from his touch. I feel guilty. Anytime he touches me my head is elsewhere, weighing down on me that every time I'm with him I'm lying to him.

"I've missed you too." I choked out.

"Listen, you should come over tonight. My parents are finally in town for the weekend and they've been dying to meet you. Granted they are going on a date night, so you'll only have to talk to them for like 10 minutes and we'll have the rest of the night to ourselves." The smile on his face made it impossible for me to refuse him.

"Yea, I can't stay late, but I'd love to come over tonight and meet your parents." I matched his smile and he about burst at the seams.

"Perfect, I've got to go but, I'll text you what time." He was already releasing me from his grip.

"I'll see you later." I smiled as he leaned down to peck my lips goodbye. I watched him walk over to his group of friends and walk towards the exit of the carnival.
