Luca makes a beautiful flower ring and gives it to Alexandra. Little 7 years old alexandra giggles at 10 years old Luca. They met 2 years ago when Luca became Alexandra's neighbour and since then they have been inseparable.

"Momma look Luca made me a ring" Alex said giggling. "Aww how beautiful." Mrs pasqualino and Mrs King both smiled at each other.

"Aww honey is this your friendship gift to her" Mrs King asked her son.

"No mom" little Luca immediately refused. "This is a wedding ring. Me and Alex are married". Luca exclaimed.

"oh how cute" Mrs King said and giggled. Both she and Mrs pasqualino brushed it off as a childhood fantasy.

8 years later

Alexandra's POV

"Alex come downstairs soon Luca is here." My mother screamed.

"coming" I screamed back.

I looked at the mirror one last time checking that everything was ok.
I took my bag and hurried downstairs.

"Hey Luca" I exclaimed greeting him.

"Hey! You look good today" Luca said and hugged me.

I don't know why but since some days Luca's behaviour has been a bit different. He keeps on being touchy and doesn't leave my side at all but I brushed it off.

I sat in his blue Lamborghini and we started on our way towards school.

We reached school and I started to go towards my classes and he went towards his. He was my senior by 2 years so we had different classes.

I sat in my usual seat and started doing my homework which I forgot when suddenly I felt a presence above me.

I look up to see Chris. Oh my god. I had like the biggest crush on him but I could never talk to him.
"Hey Alex" he said

"Hey" I said in a small voice

"Uhm I was wondering if you would like to go watch a movie with me sometimes. He said scratching the back of his head.

Oh god was he asking me out?? I was internally freaking out but tried to maintain a calm front.

"Are you asking me out? " I asked.

"Kinda" he smiled.

"Sure" I said smiling broadly unable to control my excitement.

"Cool so pick you up at 7 tonight? "he asked.

I nodded and he went off.

"oh my god was Chris just talking to you?" one of my best friend Arianna asked and sat beside me.

"Ari he just asked me out" I said excitedly. And we both squealed.

Throughout the class Chris and I kept on stealing glances.

At the cafeteria

"Alexandra I want all the details" Arianna said referring to me and Chris.

I was about to tell her when I saw Luca coming towards us.

"Hey girls guess what I got selected in the soccer team" Luca said

"Oh that's great" I said smiled

We talked for a while then Ari excused herself as she had an assignment to complete.

"uhm alexandra I was wondering if uh you'd like to come to dinner with Mr tonight just you and me. " he said

Oh my god what's up with him is he asking me out? I kinda knew that he had a crush on me but I always tried to ignore him. I always thought of him as my best bud.

" uh sorry Luca but I have a date with Chris tonight" I said.

Luca's expression immediately changed. His eyes became almost black and I could sense that he was getting really angry.

"That stupid boy?? Seriously Alex you are dating him?? He's not right for you!! " Luca screamed at me causing the whole canteen to look at us.

I dragged Luca out of there and towards the forest.

" What the hell Luca what do mean he's not right for me. I loved him for so many years if anything you should be happy for me. " I screamed at him.

Luca gave me an angry look

" why didn't you ever tell me.. "?

I looked at him questioningly

" That you liked him" he said him with so much venom

"Because I knew you wouldnt understand. You never even let me talk to any guys. This won't come in between our friendship Luca please try to understand. " I said keeping my hand on his arm comfortingly.

He angrily brushed my hand off and stormed off.

It has been 7 days since Luca had talked to me. But this time I won't try to make up.

Chris and I are now in a relationship. He asked me out on the day of our first date.

As soon as Luca saw us together he gave Chris a very angry look and ignored us. Even when he was ignoring us I knew that he was constantly watching as if digging holes behind my back.

Currently I was reading a book in my room when I heard a loud thump coming from the living room.

"Mom" I shouted. May be she came early today.

I heard footsteps coming towards my room and I took my baseball bat just for precaution.

The door to my room opened and I saw Luca. His eyes were bloodshot and it looked like he didn't slept for days.

"Oh it's just you" I said calming down and throwing away the baseball bat.

Luca came towards me and gripped my arms tightly.

"Why did you do this to me Alex" Luca screamed at me

"Stop you're hurting me. " I said

" Why?. Why?? I love you so much just come to me Alex I can't live without you. " he said

" what? What are you talking about? Are you drunk'? I asked.

"Come on! You are mine you are coming with me. " he slurred and dragged me towards the living room.

" No Luca leave me" I said hitting his arm but me efforts were useless. He was acting like a mad person.

"HELP SOMEBODY!!!!! " I screamed hoping someone would hear.

That's when the front door open and I saw Chris holding a bouquet of red roses.

" What the hell is happening here?? ". Chris asked.

"Chris!!." I Screamed and ran towards him and hugged him after his grip loosened a little.

"Let her go". Luca said dangerously in a slow voice.

"No. She's my girlfriend. " Chris said putting me protectively behind him.

" I said let her go!! " Luca Screamed and took out a gun

I Screamed and after that I heard three gun shots and Chris fell in front of me.

"Noooo What did you do???" I Screamed and ran towards Chris

Luca looked traumatised from this whole incident and his hand started shaking but right now i was least concerned about him.

At that moment the door opened and my mum came.

"What the hell happened here?? " she asked

I turned around but Luca was gone.

I was crying so much. I tried to find chris's heartbeat but there was none.

He was dead. Luca had killed him.
