Kanade's P.O.V.-
Continued flashback: Shizuko and I were running from the dragon, I can feel my heart about to explode running from this beast, I turn to see if Shizuko is behind me, she is just as terrified as me. Along the way we see a Temple, we run towards it trying to get to safety and find help. We see a few other survivors once we get inside, I feel relieved as soon as I see the dragon turning the other way. We continue to walk around the temple and we see a really pretty blonde haired girl, her presence makes me feel calm and safe, we see her helping some injured survivors. We approach her and ask: "What's with the dragon, and why did it turn away as soon as it saw the temple?" She turned back to look at us and she had a surprised and slightly relieved look. "I can tell that you have to potential to take down the Black Wizard!" She says, not answering our questions. Confused, I look at Shizuko and she looks just as frustrated as I am with the blonde girl completely ignoring our questions. "Can you at least tell us your name?" I say with irritation in my voice. "My name is Mavis, I am the keeper of the temple, I need your help to take down the Black Wizard for me, but there is supposed to be three of you, where is the other?" She asks us. Shizuko and I looked at each other in shock that we left Silver unconscious in the forest. We explain to her what happened to Silver and she awakens our powers, she also gave us a small purple pill to give to Silver to awaken her powers, since she is unable to leave her temple, and she send us off to find Silver. Back to the present: I hand the journal to Silver so she can write her side.
