This is inspired a lot by classy_stiles. Just wanted to give her credit because hers are a lot better than mine. So if your confused on my directions go check her out!
Apps needed:
-picsart -phonto -polarr (optional)
The first thing you need to do is go to either Google, weheartit, etc, and find the pictures you want. You can pick as many as you want want remember they will all be going into a collage though. (Six is probably the best amount of pictures to have)

Next open picsart and instead of tapping the edit button hit the collage button.

Pick the collage size you want and one by one add the pictures you've chosen. Make sure to get rid of the borders.

Save the collage to your camera roll. The next step is optional I just think it helps even out the colors. Open polarr and pick what ever filter you want. I just think it evens out all the colors, but it's all preference. Save to camera roll.
Open image in phonto and add your song lyrics, quotes, or whatever you want. You an always find cool things to put on your mood board at weheartit. Save to camera roll and your done.

Most of this is preference. Mood boards can be whatever you want so it's not a really hard thing to make. Just follow the instructions above and also check out classy_stileschapter!
