This tutorial is super easy and is not time consuming!
Apps needed:
-superimpose -phonto
Open superimpose and open any background image of preference. (Constraint size must be 2:3) then open your PNG and move it to the spot you want. Merge.
For the next step you will have to open the image below.

You can choose either the black or red one. Tap mask and make sure your on the magic wand option. Tap the white or black area around the image and that should get rid of the it. Then erase what ever set you don't want and the other eye. You should end up with only one of the dripping blood eyes. Do the following.

Move it around until it looks like the image above. Then do the following.

Merge. Then add the other eye, do the same thing above. And repeat until you have two bloody eyes. Merge.
Open in phonto and add title.
