I guess this is what it could be called, but to be honest I don't know. This is super easy once you get the hang of it.
Apps needed:
-superimpose
The first thing you want to do is open a background of your choice. Pick a background that is plain like the example above. Make sure to hit constraints 2:3.
Once you open the background you have to open the template below and hit constraints 2:3 or it's a weird measurement.
Once you open the template as a for ground, size it to the screen to where both sides left to right are touching the sides of the background.
Hit the transform button and then hit the screen button. Above the screen button it's says opacity turn it down till the colors are almost the same.
Save to camera roll and that's it!
