You

I strolled through the forest grinning. All these dumb faunus staring at me. I get that I'm different but damn, they don't have to stare.

"Hey stripes!" A monkey yelled. He was in a tree with a snake. "Yes?" I asked turning. "Alaska is that way!" He yelled laughing. I shrugged. "I'm a tiger, not a snow leopard! So shut your trap before I come up there and shut it for you!" I yelled angrily. He kept laughing. I snarled at him. He fell out of the tree laughing.

I turned and walked away. I just want to get back to my tree without getting yelled at. "Hey you!" A voice yelled. I ignored it and kept walking.

A panther faunus landed in front of me. "I was talking to you." She said. I shrugged. "So." I said clearly not caring. She crossed her arms. "That was rude, I just wanted to talk to you. Everyone was laughing at you so I thought you'd want a friend." She said smiling. I loomed around. "Is this a joke?" I asked. She shook her head. "I can't joke on a fellow feline." She said smiling.

"Okay, I'm (Y/N)." I said extending my hand. "I'm Blake." She said shaking it. "Blake!" A loud voice yelled. I got tackled. "What are you doing to our friend!" A cheetah said angrily.

"Are you okay Blake?" A bear asked. "I'm perfectly fine, can you please get off of her Ruby." Blake said. Ruby stop snarling and stood. I stood up and looked at them. A panther, a bear, a cheetah, and a leopard. Pretty tacky group of friends if you ask me. They were wearing skirts made of leaves, like everyone else. And leaves on their chests connected with thin vines.

"I'm Yang! Got any honey?" The bear asked picking me up and looking at the ground I was standing on. "No, sorry." I said. She dropped me and I landed on my back. "I'm Weiss." The leopard said. Her fur was white like mine. "I'm Ruby!" The cheetah yelled.

"So, where you headed friend?" Yang asked grinning. "My tree." I said looking behind her. "So, what are you a snow leopard?" Weiss asked. "I'm a tiger." I said. She sighed. "I thought I found one." She said kicking the dirt. "Why would you need to find a snow leopard?" I asked.

"I need a mate. Aren't you trying to find one?" She asked. I shook my head, they all looked at me like I was insane. "I'm better off on my own." I said. "You dunce you'll never survive alone!" Weiss yelled.

"I've survived on my own since I was 7." I said walking past the group. "Where are your parents?" Blake asked. "I don't know." I said shrugging. I started to climb my tree. Blake was right behind me. Weiss and Ruby were riding on Yang's back.

Once I reached my treehouse I opened the latch and climbed inside. Yang climbed inside with the others, Blake was standing next to me looking around. "Nice place." She said. I grinned. "Thanks." I said sitting on my rug. "What is this made of?" Yang asked. "A pack of wolves that called me stupid and weird looking." I said. Yang sat next to me. "Cool!" Ruby said laying on it. "Ew." Weiss said. She sat on my shoulders. "Why is your butt so warm?" I asked. She slapped the back of my head.

"How did you kill them all?" Blake asked. "They were horrible fighters." I said smiling. "So, Weiss?" Yang asked. Weiss snarled at her. "If Weiss is dead then yes, they would be like Weiss." I said. Ruby purred as she slept. "So, what's really going on with your fur?" Blake asked.

"I was born like this, my siblings look like my father though, they have orange fur. I look like my mom." I said smiling. "I think it looks cool, especially in the sunset." Ruby said. "How did yo-" "We saw you hunting once, you looked so peaceful afterwards." Weiss said smiling.

"Those bore never saw me coming." I said smiling. Weiss touched the run and grimaced. "How did you learn to hunt?" Blake asked. "I have a mentor. Every time I don't understand something I go to see her." I said.

"Have you ever thought of her being your mate?" Ruby asked. "Oh god no! She's older than me by like 27 years!" I yelled. "What does she look like?" Yang asked.

"She's a raven." I said smiling. "Can we go see her?" Blake asked. I stood up and walked towards the window. "It'll be a long walk." I said. Weiss slid off my shoulders. "And we should teach these two to climb first." I added.

Yang nodded. "I'm tired of carrying you guys around all the time." She said. Ruby was asleep on my rug. "Can we nap first?" Weiss asked laying down on my bed, which was a pile of leaves.

"Sure, just don't wet the leaves." I joked. Yang snorted and laughed. "I don't wet the leaves!" Weiss yelled. Though her blushing face said otherwise. "Now take me to the ground, I have to pee."

"I'm tired."

"I'll take you."

"Thanks (Y/N)."

"Cause I don't want you to wet my leaves."

"Jerk."
