I stood there shaking in fear as Dustin continued to give Lucas rocks to fire at the demogorgan I knew rocks would not work considering the bad men used guns... The demogorgan got closer and closer, but at that moment everything seemed like slow motion when Lucas pulled back his wrist rocket that contained the final rock Dustin had stuffed in his denim backpack. as Lucas shot that final rock the ugly grey demogorgan flew back. We jumped in surprise but I knew what was happening, right then el came from behind us walking straight up to finish the grey cold creature off. I couldn't lose her not now, I ran to el trying to tackle her but she Pushed me back just like she did with Lucas at the junk yard. I was scared I had no idea what to do soon enough she was right in front of the demogorgan ready to finish it off she turned around and said the words I never wanted to hear " goodbye Mike..."
"NO" I screamed and ran to eleven as fast as I could I felt eleven trying to force me back but I was gonna let nothing stop me before reaching her. As soon as I got the her I hugged her as tight as I could this was the best feeling in the entire world I never wanted to let go but soon enough the demogorgan broke free from elevens power and grabbed her... The door burst open and a lady with dirty blond hair broke the monsters ribs with a snap as she yelled
"No body touches my Jane"
I had no idea who she was talking about but I was to focused on el who had just got dropped on the ground. I grabbed her and held her as tight as I could she was barley breathing I looked up to see the lady burst into dust as her and the demogorgan disappeared.
" that was so awesome...probably the coolest thing I've ever seen" Dustin screamed
I look at el she's has a confused expression and she says "I thought I was gone.."
"No I would never let that happen..but who was that and why did she call you Jane?"
She shrugged.
" okay I realize eleven is drained but we have to go I can hear sirens outside and we need to get eleven some place safe before any bad men get her" Lucas said
I realize he's right and we help el up and head out the back door of the school and go back to my house.
