I slowed down enough to stand in front of their room for a few seconds before running again.

Alison is so insecure, she doesn't even try to make friends at this school, yet she gets the lucky chance in becoming Melody Grate's best friend. Melody is one of the most popular girls in school, and Alison is the only best friend Melody is actually okay with having. She's so pretty too, sometimes I get kind of jealous of her appearance, then I change and wear makeup, after that I feel better.

I ran out of the building, bumping into Eddie on the way. He looked like he was about to pass out, "Wow look at you Sleeping Beauty, did you get a good night's sleep."

"No, freaking Alexandra got her suitcases frozen, and I have to go and unfreeze them," he groaned, rubbing his eyes, "curse my hotness."

"Even when you're tired and deformed you still have a gigantic ego." I chuckled, giving him a hug just in case I didn't get to see him later. "I'm going to miss you Eddie."

"Aw thanks Princess, that really helps my ego," He says, his smile widening. "but yeah I'm gonna miss you too,"

"How touching," I laughed, starting to run again.

I jogged through the park. taking my time to take in the beautiful scenery. It's almost thanksgiving, and all the leaves are changing colors. I looked at the pond to see that it's still flowing, not frozen. Frozen. Poor Alexandra. I turned back to where I was running, and nearly screamed when I saw a person in front of me.

Through instinct I went through him, using my mutant ability to pass through him like he wasn't even there. "I am so sorry Mister, I wasn't paying attention."

He turned around to look at me, and he had this bright smile plastered on his face. He had chesnut brown hair, and he didn't look past his twenties. "It's alright darling, the scenery is amazing, I would've crashed into a person as well." He had a British accent, which made me look at him even more differently then before.

"Sorry to sound rude, but are you new here?" I questioned the man, he chuckled.

"Not exactly," he smirked, putting his hands into his extremely long coat. "I'm here to pick up three girls. They're on a mission, and I'm their- well let's just call me their companion- their guardian as you may say."

"Commander did not mention any guardian," I whispered, crossing my arms. "Who exactly are you?"

"My name is David, but you can call me Doctor." He said.

"You're a doctor?" I asked.

"Well no, not in the way you think." He answered.

"Doctor Who?" (Sorry, I just had to. I'm half whovian, I needed Tennant in here in some way. Well not needed, but I saw my window of opportunity, so I took it.)

"Oh I love the way that sounds." He smiled, instead of answering he said, "where are the rest of the girls? And more importantly which one are you?"

"The Princess." I told him, "they're in their dorms. Bossy is awake, I don't know about Alison, but I know she's in her room."

"Alrighty then, cheers." He smiled, walking away.

"Cheers..." I said. What does that even mean?

Weirdo.

Alison Jones

"Ali wake up, it's 7 and your flight is leaving in an hour!" Melody screamed. I groaned, turning the other way, having my back towards her now.

"Leave me alone, I still have an hour to get ready. It's not like I'm getting ready for my wedding." I sighed.

"Is that anyway to start the day?" A male British voice questioned.

"Yes," I said. Wait. I sat up, looking at the person who said that. "Who are you and why are you in my bedroom?"

"I'm the Doctor." He answered.

"Doctor who?" I asked, stretching.

"Ahhh, that never gets old," he smiled, not answering my question. "Now, get dressed, you have a long flight ahead of you. And a longer mission you have to get through. Need to look presentable for the General of U.K's mortal agency."

"Wait, I'm meeting the General," I asked, my excitement rising while I got ready.

"Well no, but that would be cool wouldn't it," he smiled. I rolled my eyes, and motioned for him to leave. He raised his hands up defensively, but left anyways.

What a creep. Coming into my room like that, and not even introducing himself. Well I know he said he was 'The Doctor' but I need a name, I can't just call him the doctor forever.

After I got ready I went downstairs and sat down across from 'the doctor' and beside Melody. I gave her a look, but she ignored it, and continued eating her breakfast.

"RIght, well i'm going to go introduce myself to Alexandra, meet downstairs at the front entrance in 10? Cheers." He commanded, before leaving.

"Who was that?" I asked my roommate, before grabbing myself a plate of breakfast as well.

"That was the Doctor, he's your legal guardian for England. Like your tour guide, but like he has to look after you." Melody tried to explain.

"So, basically my babysitter," I sighed. She nodded her head slowly.

"Great, even in the mission they don't trust us enough to be by ourselves."

"Actually, it's nothing like that. None of you have ever been to England, and none of you are adults. You need someone to act as your adult relative so no suspicion will be rising," She informed me, "Plus it's not like you're always going to see him. He travels a lot you know. The only time you'll see him is when you need him. As he told me."

"Which will be never," I scoffed, washing my empty plate. "I'm not going to need his help."

Author's Point of View

The Doctor waited patiently outside the building, his hands deep in his pockets as he kicked the rocks on the concrete. Commander walked towards him, greeting him with a warm smile.

"Please take care of my girls," She asked, her arms crossed. Her voice was calm, but her face said otherwise. "They're three of my best, and I don't know what I would do without them."

"Oh come on, don't say that. I'm not going to let anybody hurt them. They can take care of themselves they're grown up, and they have super powers. I think they can do this on their own." He chuckled, looking back at the front door.

The three girls walked out, their steps in sync with one another. "Good morning ladies, ready to go?"

"Ready as I'll ever be." The Princess whisper.

That's the spirit. "Let's go save the world."
