Im in a bad mood today: a very bad mood.

It was moving day for my best friend Liv and I. Of course everything was packed and I was physically ready, but mentally, not so much.
It was a toss up of what I was most annoyed about; the fact that it's 9:30 and im awake or that im moving in with Jack and Conor Maynard.

Conor, on one hand, I have no problem with since he is my best friends boyfriend, but theres just something about Jack that makes me want to break his nose. I guess i'll just have to deal with it and i'll eventually get used to it... I hope anyway.

Liv and I each carried boxes to the back of my car with all of our valuables and what not in. We had to do it quickly though. Not just because the British weather was once again miserable and cold, but because the landlord wanted the keys to our now 'old' apartment by ten 'o' clock.

"Whelp Emily, this is the last time we'll be in this place. Wow thats actually just hit me." Liv chuckled whilst checking around the flat before we leave for the very last time. I hummed in response. "How long have we lived here now Liv?" I asked. She paused for a moment, probably calculating exactly how long we've owned this tiny apartment. "About a year and a half. Sad to be leaving this place" I just laughed and gestured for her to leave so I could lock up. "You've been complaining at how the everything in the place was breaking and you couldn't wait to move out" I retorted. I turned around to face her but she was already in the car. Ill just talk to myself then.

I ran over to the car door trying to shield my straightened hair from the rain, not necessarily wanting to look like Hagrid from Harry Potter. I turned the keys in the ignition and sped off to the landlords to drop off our keys, and then to our new home.

Just as we were about five minutes away from the apartment Liv called Conor to help us carry the boxes in, considering they were quite heavy and the flat was on the seventh floor. We pulled into a space and luckily, it had stopped raining. Me and Liv had already gotten out of the car and got a few boxes out when we heard Conor shouting our names. We turned to face him, seeing that he had a big smile plastered on his face and someone trailing behind him.

Jack.

We both despised eachother and everyone knew it. I think that everyone hoped because we were living with eachother that it would all just blow over. Probably not going to happen.

Jack followed Conor to Liv but he turned around and exclaimed "Jack why dont you go help Emily, Ive got Liv's." And with that, Jack came over with a smug smile on his face.

"If you're gonna annoy me you can piss off, I'm not a morning person and will not hesitate to roundhouse kick you in that fucking face of yours." He just laughed and bent over to pick up a box. "Aww babe, I don't even have to try to piss you off, it happens naturally. Now do you want help or not because I would much rather be asleep right now." He retorts. I did need help since I would be here forever carrying them by myself. "Whatever" I reply. He smiles back sarcastically as he stacks two boxes on top of eachother and picked them up as if they were weightless.

I followed shortly behind with my bag slung over my shoulder and a box clung to my chest. The elevator ride with just me and Jack was one of the most awkward situations I've ever been in, considering we were both as stubborn as eachother and nothing nice would leave our mouths if we had a conversation.

There was a 'ding' and the doors opened onto the seventh floor. I trailed behind Jack down a corridor and turned right before stopping infront of a white door. Jack seemed to be struggling with opening the door due to the two heavy boxes he was carrying. "Move over, I'll open it." He slid to the left slightly so I could twist open the door knob, leading into what will be my new house. Jack walked infront of me and walked down a corridor. "Well are you coming to your room or not?" I followed closely behind and walked into my new room. "Urm thanks for carrying them here." I said shyly.

Wait, why am I being shy? I mean yeah, Jack is hot, but he's a dick. I dont understand where all this shyness has come from.

"Yeah its cool. Bathrooms on the right at the end of the hall and I'm sure you saw everything else as you walked in sooo yeah" I nodded in response while looking around. "Well im off to sleep again since I woke up at seven this morning. Thanks for the help again." I replied. He just nodded and left the room, closing the door behind him.

I analysed my new bedroom, double bed next to a window displaying the street infront, a wardrobe opposite the bed and a white dresser next to my bed with a mirror on it, perfect for my makeup. I was happy with it anyway.

I laid down on my bed and I felt like I sunk into it. This matress was honestly so comfortable. It didnt take long for my eyes to start getting droopy and eventually fall asleep.
