You
Yass!!!!
I looked at the boys one more time and I took off outside. I went out the main door in front of the house and walked to the worn out white wooden bench. I love this bench because it relaxed me while I'm outside, now that I think of it, everything in this house relaxes me.
I took out my earphones and played some music. I let all the different lyrics of the songs consume me as I closed my eyes. Soon after, I saw a car park itself into one of the garages and undoubtedly I knew that it was Robbie because he is the only one I know that has the extra keys.
I saw Robbie carrying Angel in his arms with a smile on his face as his head was turned towards her. He was wearing a white button down shirt, grey jeans and dark blue sneakers. Angel was wearing a cute little outfit that consisted of an adorable grizzly bear onesie and white booties. She also had her hair tied into two pigtails with two pink hair ties and a watermelon chew toy in her mouth.
Robbie walked towards me and I rose from my seat.
"Is it Me Day already?" Robbie asked
I nodded in response, "How's my baby girl doing?" I smiled and looked at Angel.
"Good yet annoying in the middle of the night." I laughed at Robbie's comment and I guess that it was true.
"Aren't you cute? With your shirt covering your hands looking like a little bundle of human. Your shortness is killing me it's not even funny!" Robbie cooed.
"I know right, she is adorable." I looked into Angel's eyes.
"I was talking about you." Robbie rolled is eyes
"I'm not cute, I'm outrageously adorably amazingly adorable, there's a difference. Anyway, you should go do what you gotta do."
"Yes, I have to go to the bathroom!"
"No you idiot, I mean go sort out the other four idiots."
"So where are the perpetrators?" Robbie asked
"Like I said, in my bedroom." I ushered the both of them in. I took Angel from Robbie's arms. Angel was as light as a feather but as unpredictable as the weather. The one moment she jumps straight into my arms and the next she's crying. I calmed her down and played with her as Robbie went upstairs.
I sat down on the couch and looked at her. She's so darn cute!!! She curly yet silky hair somewhat reminded me of noodles and her eyes are really beautiful shade of pastel green. Her smile can make even the most harshest man soften up and be hypnotized. I played her in my hands and gently rocked her.
"Do you have any idea how beautiful you are? I want you to know that no one, and I mean no one can take away your identity. No one can ever take your beauty and the harmonic vibe that you give off. You know, you actually live up to your name. You're nothing but an angel and that is one out of the million reasons that I adore about you." I whispered softy in her ear. I saw her tiny eyes droop and I knew that she needs to sleep.
I stood up and placed her gently on the couch, not wanting her to get awake. I walked over to the side of the sofa and I knelt down. I pulled on a circular silver latch that was on the floor. The latch was... a trap door, if you will. I call it 'Blanket Paradise', the name is self explanatory since the inside is filled with different blankets. I had to rummage around in there to find a custom made blanket that I got made for the little human. The blanket had the names Penelope, Robert and Angel printed on a dozen times.
