So I stumbled to this post about new girl group project and discovered that Jane and Suji (formerly known as Halla of The Ark) are part of this project.
I've a little bit of research and unfortunately wasn't able to figure a lot of things about it, but this knowledge can still clear your mind from confusion.
On my previous post, about Euna posting support for Suji and Jane on her Instagram, I think that audition or training is about this real girls project.
In short, Jane and Suji will be a part of this idol drama called "Idolmaster.kr"
I will explain other info in a Q&A manner:
1. What is Real Girls Project (R.G.P)?
-It is the 10-member project girl group for upcoming idol drama called 'Idolmaster.kr'.
-It is also their self-titled EP which they released on August 24, 2016. It have 4 tracks (2 of these are instrumentals). Their title song is Dream which is the song in their MV above.
2. What is Idolmaster.kr?
-The Korean idol drama these 10 girls will star on.
-I've read that maybe its gonna be like a series where each of the girls will have their own stories then it'll just be connected to other member.
3. I want to know more about this Idolmaster, please educate me.
- Idolmaster is a Japanese idol game/anime franchise that is really big in the 2D idol scene and they have started to branch out further into more than just 2D idols so one of the branches is a Kdrama or girl group.
4. When will this drama start?
-No official announcement yet but I've read that they plan on airing this next month or early next year.
5. Is this an official group?
-I think nope. They were originally 16 trainees for the drama (based on my understanding) then only 10 were got to be picked for this project. They will only be together though for this drama, after the drama I'm not sure what's gonna happen to these girls.
6. Who are the members, please introduce me.
-Youngjoo: Korean and former member of "The Seeya"
-Suji: Korean, former member of "The Ark", went by stage name "Halla" and current Music K trainee.
-Jane: Korean-American, former member of "The Ark" and current Music K trainee.
-Yukika: Japanese actress.
-Mint: Thai, former member of "Tiny-G" and current soloist going by "Mintty".
-Sori: Koreanand currently in "CocoSori".
-Haseo: Korean, trainee and rapper.
-Jiwon: Korean (no other info).
-Yeeun: Korean and trainee.
-Hana Byeol: Korean actress.
