His name is the subtitles. Explanation time! Midorima's name written in Japanese is 緑間 and can be translated to 'Green Distance'. With 'Midori(緑)' being 'Green' and 'ma (間)' being 'distance' or 'space'. Although I think 'distance' is better because of his shooting style.
