Hand plates is a piece of Fan-fiction of Undertale (play that as well since it is an amazing game) made by Zarla and Undertale is made by Toby Fox.
next up: Eye glowing, as far as I know the following colours mean different things
Green: Happiness and contentless, also the colour they glow while healing someone.
Pink: Surprise/embarrassment.
Purple: fear
yellow: stress
Red: anger/pain
Natural colours: these are the first colours skeleton ever glow. For 1-S (Sans) it is a deep cyan and for 2-P (Papyrus) it is a warm orange.
PS: this is a "what if" story. In this case, the "what if" is if the core didn't have a surge and blow up half of his skull as seen here (http://zarla.deviantart.com/art/That-was-90-gravity-625891809) and if his eye started to heal.
