To make your ponytail appear longer, separate your hair in two sections; The top half and the bottom half. Take the top half and put it in a ponytail. Now, you have have your hair down, half your hair up. Make sure your first ponytail is higher, making it seem like your ponytail is longer. Next, take the bottom half of your hair and and put that in a ponytail, with the hair from your first ponytail covering the hair tie.
