"Tachi-kun, can you please teach me? Please?" [Name] whined, showing off her best pout and puppy dog eyes, complete with a guilt-inducing cutely furrowed brow.

Itachi deadpanned for a moment before shaking his head and rolling his eyes closed, all while quietly chuckling and sporting his own slightly furrowed brow of disbelief. "Aiya, [Name]-chan, what am I going to do with you?"

[Name] grinned cheekily. "Well for starters, you can teach me how to dispel genju...tsu..." [Name]'s eyes widened as her voice trailed off. A shiver ran down her spine and she swallowed thickly as she was hit with the realization that she had just been caught.

She stared into Itachi's eyes, now swirling with the mangekyou sharingan. Shit...I'm in trouble,[Name] thought, her eyes darting around the thick forest they were now in before settling back on Itachi.

She tried to take a step back from him, but felt her foot catch on something. She looked down and worriedly gasped when she saw branches and vines crawling around her ankle and up her calf. She tried to shake them off but they didn't budge, and more sprouted from the ground to capture her other leg. The vines and branches rose quickly, winding up around her torso and pinning her hands, which had futilely been trying to tear the foliage away, to her sides.

[Name] looked back up at Itachi, only to find him missing from the spot he was in just moments before. She whipped her head to the left to search for him, and suddenly felt a whisper caress her right ear, "Focus," she whipped her head toward his voice. Nothing.

"Damn it Itachi! I didn't mean like this, you know I-" she was interrupted by yet another caress of a whisper, this time to her left, "Breathe." She knew he wouldn't be there, but looked anyway, aiming a glare in the direction his voice came from.

"Itachi," she growled through her teeth. She seethed in silence for a few seconds before turning her face forward and closing her eyes. With her brows angrily scrunched together in as much concentration as she could muster, she bit her bottom lip and took a deep breath in through her nose. She held it for two seconds before exhaling forcefully and opening her eyes.

"Just like that," this time the whisper came from behind her.

"Goddamnit, Itachi!" she yelled, startled. "You f*cking know I'm not good with these things! Taijutsu? Ninjutsu? Bring on the heat! But this calm, cool and collected, patience shit? I don't. Know. What. To do!" [Name] vented, her voice raising with every word until she was shouting in utter frustration.

Suddenly, Itachi was in front of her again, but this time only mere inches away from her face. [Name]'s breath caught in her throat as she inhaled her surprise, nearly choking on her own saliva.

"I know," he spoke, his expression emotionless save for the intense gaze he was watching her with. "That's why you need to do this."

"Urrgh," [Name] groaned, "Do what!?" She felt a bit guilty for snapping at Itachi, since he was only trying to help her and teach her what she had asked him to teach her. But the way he suddenly immersed her in his illusory world and expected her to just do it - whatever it was - just didn't make sense! How? How was she supposed to just figure it out?

She was a taijutsu specialist, and her ninjutsu skills weren't far behind. But genjutsu? It was embarrassing how terrible she was at it. She figured as an elite ninja of Konoha that she should at least learn to dispel genjutsu lest she should ever be caught in one. Hence the reason she constantly pleaded with her genjutsu-adept teammate to teach her. He always denied her requests, saying she should focus on her strengths and not her weaknesses. But [Name] was relentless and constantly annoyed him about it, and now he had finally decided to acknowledge her wishes. She just never expected that his teaching methods would be this damn difficult!
