Chapter 26

MIKEYS POV

I slam the door to Emily's flat once I am inside and I storm straight to Conor's room

I can't believe he got her pregnant and didn't even tell me

The fact that he hit her because he didn't know how to act has angered me more

Why didn't Emily come to me about it?

I'm her brother

Was she that scared to come and talk to me about it?

I get to Conor's room and I swing his door open and it bangs against the wall

"What the hell?" Conor asks as he turns around from his speaker that he was plugging in

"I should be asking you the same question!" I say as I walk over to him

I grab him by his t-shirt and push him against the wall, my hand moves from his t-shirt to his neck

I was only holding him, I wasn't holding him by the neck tight enough to strangle him

But if I got anymore angry, who knows what could of happened

"YOU THINK YOU CAN GET MY SISTER PREGNANT AND THEN JUST LEAVE HER AND THINK YOU CAN GET AWAY WITH IT? OH HELL NO!" I shout at him

Conor flinches back

"I SAID I WAS SORRY, THERE IS NOTHING MORE I CAN DO! NO ONE SEEMS TO BE TAKING MY FEELINGS INTO CONSIDERATION BECAUSE I DON'T FEEL LIKE I'M READY TO BE A DAD, I DON'T WANT TO GIVE A LITTLE BABY A SHIT LIFE BECAUSE I WASN'T READY TO, IS THAT SO WRONG?" Conor shouts back at me

"YOU LEFT MY SISTER TO BE A SINGLE PARENT TO YOUR CHILD, I TOLD HER I DIDN'T TRUST YOU BUT SHE DIDN'T LISTEN TO ME, I THOUGHT YOU LOVED HER" I carry on shouting

"I DO LOVE HER, I'M DOING WHAT IS RIGHT FOR HER AND THE BABY, I WOULD BE A SHIT DAD, I DON'T WANT TO HURT EITHER OF THEM IN ANYWAY!" Conor snaps back at me

I am about to say something else when someone interrupts me

"MIKEY LET CONOR GO!" I hear a male voice shout, I turn my head to see Jack

"Why should I?" I ask raising an eyebrow at him

I could feel Conor wiggling under my hold trying to get away

I see Emily walk into the room and she looks at me with saddened eyes

A single tear rolls down Emily's face and I instantly let go of Conor and I run over to Emily

I pull her into my arms as I hear her start to cry

"Hey, you plank, it's ok" I say rubbing her back

"I-it's not, I'm so sorry I didn't tell you, I knew you would be annoyed, I only told two people and that was Conor and Anna" Emily mumbles to me between sobs

I raise an eyebrow to Jack who was stood behind Emily

"Anna?" I mouth to him but Jack just shrugs

So Anna knew but she didn't tell any of us?

"I'm here for you, you and blob aren't on your owns in this" I say hugging her tightly

She pulls away from me

"Blob?" she asks with a raise eyebrow

"Yeah the little blob inside you" I say gently poking her stomach which makes her laugh

"I love you Mikey" Emily says hugging my side

"I love you to Emmy" I say pulling her in for a quick hug
