Friends
Most introverts are friendly. Don't be fooled by our resting b*tch face. We may look mean and ready to kill you with our pocket knife, but we're actually nice on the inside and incredibly shy. I also recommend you not getting on our bad side.
We just don't normally talk with other people. It's not that we can't (for some), it's just we don't like to. So it'd be nice if you'd initiate the first move. Assuming we'd like your company that is.
We're not good at keeping conversations up, we're not trained for those. We're afraid of those dead pan quiet pauses after a certain topic reaches it's end. Then it gets awkward. Super awkward. It makes me question our friendship. Like, that's it! That's the end of our friendship. Sad Face.
It makes us kind of hate ourselves for letting that happen, and also it makes us feel sorry for ourselves that we can't do better.
I'm sorry.
We're sorry for not opening up more, it may take us years for us to be really open to our friends. Normally we wouldn't want them to know what's in our lives because commonly, there's quite frankly nothing interesting to tell.
