Frankie's POV
Yesterday was...bad,horrible,I came to Austin to visit Zack and Tomika,because I miss them both so much and well things took a turn...Zack and Tomika broke up,Tomika can't go back to her family in Cali because she told her mom and dad that she was going to stay with Zack for the Reston her life...guess that plan's never going to happen...I better get ready for school,I jump out of my bed and went to my bathroom,I stripped out of my PJ's and went in the shower,after I was done,I wrapped a towel around my body,I went to my closet and picked out the clothes I was going to wear,I'm going to be wearing,a long sleeved shirt and over it an over sized football jersey,jeans and high tops,I get my back pack and sling it onto my shoulder,I get downstairs to the bakery and grabbed a muffin,opened the door and walked to school,when I got there I saw Stacey and walked up to her
Me:Hey stace
Stacey:Hey Frankie,did you say yes?
Me:Huh?
Stacey:Oh he hasn't asked you yet?
Me:Who asked me what?
Stacey:Nothing...
Me:Stacey Carter Cooper,tell me now
Stacey:I hate it when you call me by my full name
Me:I know,now spill it stace
Stacey:Gabe,is going to ask you out on a date
Me:Gabe? As in Gabriel Rodriguez? The 7th grader?
Stacey:No The Jock,of course the 7th grader!
Me:I-i don't know if I should stace,I just witnessed a pretty harsh brake up,atleast that's what I would call it
Stacey:Who was it?
Me:Okay,you probably won't believe me but it was,Zack and Tomika
Stacey:No way! Those two finally broke up! Now I have a chance with Zack and-
I look at her weirdly
Stacey:Don't give me that look,I know you think he's cute
Me:He's my cousin!
Stacey:Well you never told me that!
Me:you will never have a chance with that Jerk
Stacey:Don't call him that!
Me:Well what would you call a guy that cheated on his girlfriend two times and now he has a kid
Stacey:a stupid person or a person who is not well-liked or who treats other people badly
Me:Stace,that's what jerk means
Stacey:Since when did you become smart?
Me:I am smart

Me:I won the Science Fair,the spelling bee,I was the only one who passed the hard quiz that Mr.Alexander gave us,I-

Me:You asked for it

Me:Oh,I have something to do before I go in,you can go ahead

-1 Hour Later-

I run into the halls and sped into Mr.collins' room
Mr.Collins:Ah,Ms.Hathaway,finally here I see
I hate it when he calls me that
Mr.Collins:Reason for being tardy
Me:I over slept,Deal with it Collins
Mr.Collins:Gosh I hate you
Me:Hate you too Collins
I go to my seat between Stacey and Max
Stacey:Where were you?! I know you didn't over sleep Hathaway!
She whisper-yelled at me
Me:I was somewhere else
Max:Where were you yesterday?!
Max whisper-yelled at me
Me:No where
Max:You were somewhere and I will find out where Hathaway
Me:Shut up mills
Max:okay
He sits up straight in his seat and looks at the board,then Mr.Collins goes up to me and points at me with a ruler
Mr.Collins:There is an idiot at the end of the ruler,can anyone guess which end
Me:I can,hmmm,let me guess,that end?
I point to him and everyone in the class laughs
Mr.Collins:Detention after school Ms.Hathaway
Me:We'll see about that shall we Dexter?
The class laughs,i smirk and thenI raised my eyebrow at Mr.Collins
Mr.Collins:Very well then Ms.Hathaway,Detention after school...For a week
Me:Seriously? That's the best you could do?
Max:Frankie...bad idea...
Mr.Collins:Very well then,Detention after school for a month
Me:Very well then you're face,I'm outta here
I pick up my backpack and leave the classroom,then I went to my Locker and switched my backpack then I leave the school

Max's POV
What has gotten into her?!
Stacey:Let her be Max
I look at Stacey and sigh
Me:What has gotten into my little sister?
