This part of the forest is unlike anything I've seen so far. The trees are tall, centuries old, with leaves like emeralds and bark that gives off a slight golden glow in the sun light. There is something magical about the forest I stand in now, some mystical element filling the air. The feeling of safety is oddly comforting.

Aurora the faerie stops walking, and I almost walk into her.

"What is it now?" I whisper, beginning to fear again that there may be some source of evil nearby.

There was a white wrought iron gate twenty metres in front of us, like something you'd see at the entrance to an ancient castle. Aurora started walking toward it, and as she did, the gates opened up to reveal beautiful green fields, and in the distance, an astonishing castle.

Aurora calls out to me, "Keep up." Suddenly I look at my feet and notice I haven't moved. I've been too astounded by my surroundings. I rush to her side.
