As you can tell from the description, there's a list going from who joined first to last.
For example, I'm the "year leader" so to speak for the time being. What that means is that I get to pick the themes for every month, pick the collab month as well as choosing the partners, and judging the December contest.
It goes down the list so whoever is under the previous leader's username in the description gets to be the next year leader when the next January rolls around
So for the next upcoming years (if this still continues that long that is), tag me (@TheGirlOfSmarts) and the current year leader
