There is a max of 20 artists in this Archive and once you use your pass twice in a year, you get kicked out and unable to join until the next January rolls around. Therefore, there are opportunities to join after each month ends.
If the Archive is already full, either wait until the new month or ask to be on the waiting list. However, I'll only take one person to be on this list at a time, so before asking to be on the list, check the comment section or I won't reply to your comment. Otherwise, wait for the new month where I'll be saying how many spots will be open, as well as in the description.
If you join in the first fifteen days of the month, you must do that month's theme. However, if you were to join after the fifteenth day of the month, you are not obligated to do it.
I hope this clears some future confusion up and if you have any questions, go ahead and ask- unless you're food, I don't bite :)
