Male Jesse X Lukas

Jesse's POV:

I stepped through the portal, and immediately I was attacked by a zombie. The others

came through the portal, just as I killed it. "There... was a zombie," I panted. "Is it dead? I

mean, dead dead?" Axel asked. "Yeah!" I replied, climbing up a staircase, joined by Olivia,

Axel, and Lukas. "We should settle down here for the night," Lukas suggested. "Did

somebody say something?" Axel sarcastically replied. I knew he didn't really like Lukas,

which made no sense. Lukas was a great guy. He's smart, nice, and cute. Wait what? I

thought, did I just think that he's- no! No no no! I snapped out of my thoughts when Axel

said, "should we build a tree house, or a hut, Jesse?" I thought for a second. "Um, let's go

for the tree house," I replied, grabbing materials. After a bit, we finished the tree house

and I climbed up the ladder, followed by everyone else.

Lukas's POV:

"Oh man! You guys have to promise not to freak out," Axel told everyone. "What Axel?"

Jesse asked nervously. "I... have cookies!" He replied, "One for me, one for Olivia, one for

Jesse, and one for Reuben! Sorry Lukas, I only have four." I sighed. "No its fine, I'm... not

really hungry anyways," I told him, faking a smile. I glanced over at Jesse who was about

to take a bite of his cookie, when he looked over. I quickly looked away, and he walked

over. "Take it Lukas, you need it more than I do." He said. I split the cookie in half and

gave him the bigger half. "Here, we'll share it," I told him. "Thanks Lukas," he replied,

giving me a smile. He sat down next to me and ate his cookie. "That was for you Jesse, not

Lukas!" He yelled. "Did I do something to you?" I asked, standing up, "Because I don't

think I did anything to deserve this." He rolled his eyes. "Your the only one wearing that

stupid jacket!" He yelled at me. "Take. That. Back!" I yelled at him. "Can't. Wouldn't," he

said, walking closer. "You know what? I wear this jacket because I know how to build, but
that doesn't mean that I don't know how to break things," I told him. "Is that a threat?"

He asked, furrowing his eyebrows. "Jesse, your friend is WAY out of line!" I yelled at Jesse.

"Axel cut it out!" He said, standing up. "You know what, I'll let you hash this out. It's what

Axel wants, right?" I announced to them, heading toward the trapdoor. "Lukas! Wait"

Jesse called, before I went down the ladder.

Jesse's POV:

I yelled to Lukas, but he went down the ladder anyways. I glared at Axel. "Happy now?" I

asked, running to the trapdoor. I climbed down the ladder before he could reply. I ran out
into the woods. "Lukas!" I yelled, running. I kept running, and I slammed into something.

"Ow," I mumbled, rubbing my head. I looked at what I hit. Who I hit. It was Lukas.

"Lukas!" I yelled, hugging him. "Um Jesse, as much as I'd like to just sit here and relax,

there's kinda a bunch of creepers, and I can't exactly walk right now!" He told me,

pointing at his leg, which had a big gash in it. I stood up in front of him. "Don't worry, I'll

protect you." I told him, stabbing all of the creepers. "Thanks Jesse," he whispered, before

he passed out. I picked him up and ran to our tree house. I put him on my back, and

climbed the ladder, holding on to Lukas at the same time. I pushed open the trapdoor,

and carefully set Lukas down. After I set him down, he woke up.

Lukas's POV:

I woke up, and saw Jesse staring down at me. "What happened?" I asked, sitting up. "Don't
worry about it," he replied. I stood up. "Well, we should probably get some rest," I

announced to everyone. Jesse agreed and lied down. He started shivering, so I made sure

that Axel was asleep before I draped my jacket over Jesse. I smiled, and lied down next to

him. I felt something being placed on me, and I opened my eyes and saw Jesse putting my

jacket back on me. "You didn't have to do that," I told him, which made him jump. "Well,

I mean... I just thought... well..." he stuttered. I laughed and gave him a quick kiss on the

cheek. "Thanks Jesse," I said, and fell asleep in his arms.
