mallry is so excited to see everyone again in band, she strides into the band room with her alo sax and sits down as everyone crowds around her. There are hugs and a few tears, but she notices someone. He's sitting all alone in the trombone section, and she goes over to him.He has blonde hair, and light eyes, with a cute face and DEFINED muscles. "Hi I'm mallry and you are?" He looks up and smiles at her. "I'm Rhett, I'm a freshman....you must be a senior!" Mallry laughs and says shes a sophomore. The two start talking until their band director snaps at them to stop talking, and pay attention to him. The two sneak glances and smile.
Mallry goes home after a long day at band camp. Thinking about her new crush RHETT. The next day Rhett isn't in his normal spot. She looks around for Rhett, until one of her friends tells her Rhett went on vacation and won't be back until school starts again. Mallry groans, and then she remembers something, one of the freshman has his number! She asks one of them, and they give her Rhett's number. She immediately starts texting him, mallry starts getting distracted so she starts frickin up the sax and the band directr yells at her again, but nothing could ruin the mood bc of Rhett and how cute he was.
