We sit in math doing the homework that we have a few minutes to do before Recess and if it's not done we take it home as work.
I have never taken home homework unless it was a school project you had to do at home.
I always finish my math before Recess starts and everyone seems so surprised about it.
My teacher tells me great job and I sit and read til Recess.
Or at least I try to.
People come up to me, asking for some help on a question or two,
It makes me smile, maybe they don't think I'm too stupid.
