I woke up to my alarm blasting in my ear. God, fricken humans and there fricken things. I though as I slammed my fist on the desk and broke my alarm. Again. I got up and put on my clothes before going downstairs. "Good morning dad." I said and ate some bacon. Just bacon. I can live off of bacon. It is a fact. For a whole month I only ate bacon related things. I succeeded. I grabbed my bag as I ate my last piece of bacon and left the house. I went through the portal that leads me to the human world. After I watched the souls burn yesterday, I finished up which involves me taking the souls to the pit of fire. As I walked through the portal I talked with Logan. He's the guard of the portal. We talked about how his day was. It's was pretty boring considering the fact that little to no one goes through these portals. After our little chat I arrived in the human world. I walked to my new house while I'm here. Once I got there is saw a note on the kitchen table

HEY ALEX
I LEFT YOU SOULS IN THE CABINETS FOR YOU TO FEED ON. DON'T WORRY THEY ARE INVISIBLE TO THE HUMAN EYES.  YOU HAVE CLOTHES FOR THE TIME YOU ARE THERE. REMEMBER YOU MUST NOT SHOW YOUR TRUE FORM. AT ALL. EVER. I'LL KILL WHOEVER KNOWS.

💀💀💀💀💀💀💀DAD

Ah thanks dad. Always one to remember me. I grabbed my schedule which laid next to the note. I saw what I had and knew I would pass every class with ease. I mean being technically 1799 you learn a lot over time watching the souls through the portal glass. The portal glass is like a crystal ball. It sees the human world at any time or place. I was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard a knock at the door. I walked over to the door and opened it. Standing there was an old lady with pale skin and grey hair and glasses. "Hello dear. My name is Gladis." Of course it is. "I saw that you were moving in so I came by to meet a new addition to the neighborhood." She said and smiled. I stood there and stared at her. The smile on her faced wiped off and was replaced with a glare. "No need to be so rude." She said and glared harder. "No need to be alive yet you still are." I said and slammed the door in her face. But not before the look of shock crossed her face. Yesterday I finished taking care of the souls like I did everyday and packed my stuff so I could move. Today's only Sunday, so I plan on spending it watching TV to get to see how the minds of the mortals works. I turned on the TV and saw a show called SpongeBob was on. As I watched it is knew it was clear that it was a children's show. But I like it. After a few more episodes I heard another knock at the door. I groaned and got up before walking to the door. I opened it and was shocked to see who was at my door.

"Why hello there."
