*Shannon's POV*
Me and my girlfriend Cammie are sitting here at a restaurant with our best friends Stevie and Ally, who are also a couple. So I guess you could actually call this a "double date"
But it's not the normal Sunday double date we have every week. There's a whole lot of.. tension in the air. And not just between me and Cammie.
Lately Cammie hasn't been acting herself. She hasn't exactly been happy like normal. I mean, I haven't been as happy as usual lately, but Cammie is usually the happiest person I know.
"Ally." I hear Stevie say in a very serious voice right when Ally was about to take a bite of her salad.
"What?" Ally looks at her, confused.
"Let's go home. I'm done." Stevie gets up.
"But I'm not done-" Ally gets cut off by Stevie grabbing her arm and dragging her out of the restaurant. I guess there was quite a bit of tension between them.
Cammie turns her head towards me once they're gone at the same time I go to look at her.
"Damn. Someone's on their period." She giggles.
"Yeah that's for sure. What's wrong with her?" I ask thinking maybe Stevie and/or Ally talked to Cammie about it earlier.
"I really have no clue. But I hope everything works out with them." She runs her fingers through her hair.
"Yeah. But Shan?"
"Yes Cam?" I look into her eyes.
She pauses for a minute, then looks down at her hands and says, "Never mind.." She trails off before continuing, "We need to talk once we get home."
"Okay." Is all I manage to choke out. My throat is so tight. What if she's leaving?
A/N Hey guys, sorry it's a short chapter but I'm just trying to get it goin' lol
