Well how is being stubborn..?? Life becomes awesome Isn't it??
Well the title itself is a hint about what I am going to write!!
Doing something great in our lives is a dream that resides in each of us!! We all probably wish to reach heights of great success in our lives..!! But to be precise and clear,only a handful of us are privileged enough to make this dream come true..!! Well there is a big big reason behind this!! Let me start with our changing mind sets throughout our lives..!!
When we are at early stages of our life ...maybe 6 or 7 we wish to conquer the world...after few years when we turn 11 or 12 we fall in love with our favourite celebrities and wish to live their lives...after few more years...when we take starting step and enter into our teenage days our perception towards life change...At this point we adore our friends more than anything and in order to stay together forever ,we wish to do whatever keeps us together but after few more years we begin realising...to survive we need something called money..and for that we need to choose a career option that pays handsome amount of money...and that is when we finally move towards our goal but not our dream...!!Now observe this pattern closely....u will find that except those days when we are 6 or 7 ....we always try to follow people or I can say our life's most crucial decisions are simply governed by what people do...!! Isn't this funny and impractical..!!Why don't we pursue the dream of that child who once wished to conquer the world...?? Because we are afraid...and think what if I fail...what if I fall down??So I would say,we are bound to fall down in our lives,but we fail when we don't even try to get up isn't it??
Do you know people where the problem lies....?? When we try to follow people..when we try living their lives and when we kill that sweet innocent child inside us!!And also when we are not ready to trust ourselves...and fear of society sets in!!I find this really funny that how one can be so easily carried away ....and simply follow what others do....it's like running in a blindfold race!!We are often told by people to follow examples of great people and become like them someday but the sad part is after sometime those people come and say...go run in this race and get a job that pays you a good amount!!( note the sarcasm here..)We start with the journey of pursuing a dream and end up trying to achieve our goal mostly set by others or followed by people..!! What I believe is ,anyone who has ever created history is because he never killed child inside him.....because being child like doesn't mean that u r not mature enough...but it means u r ready to welcome new changes and without fear u can always follow your heart...!!
#stubborness 4:Learn from everyone follow none..!! Don't run behind people but take up good qualities in them and then pursue your DREAM..be like uncrowned conqueror....!!Create your own destiny..!!
