Dreams Are Forever is a short story, however Wish Upon A Dream is going to be a longer story. It follows on from the short story, as it is the sequel, however it can also be read as a standalone. (Everything will make sense, however you just might not have as much knowledge on Shelby as you would have if you read Dreams Are Forever)
