My life was perfect at the moment! I had a gorgeous and popular boyfriend, my best friend was basically my sister and I was happy and healthy! I felt as if I deserved to be rewarded for having such an amazing life, not to brag. Everything was incredibly well.
The wind outside blew against the window making a whoosh noise as I texted my best friend, Jackie.
ME: Hey girlie! What are you up to at the moment?
JACKIE: Nothing much. Just eating.. as usual!
ME: Hahaha! You won't believe what happened with me and Brody the other night!
JACKIE: I'd love to hear it, Daph, but I'm just not feeling well at the moment. I'll get back to you when I feel better. Bye love you girl!
ME: Oh uhhh bye feel better J!! Love you lots.
Well that was weird. I let out a long sigh and got up to close the curtains, the rain pounding against the window. The curtains seemed to somehow quiet the rain, allowing me to focus on watching tv. I turned on my favorite show, One Tree Hill, as I laid back onto my couch. A loud strike of lighting blasted outside of my house.
Bang Bang Bang! A loud banging came from my front door. BANG BANG BANG! The banging became louder as I slowly approached the door. I turned the knob, slowly and quietly, pulling the door to open it.
A mysterious female appeared in front of me, her cherry colored hair drenched and her mascara running.
"Oh my god, it's actually you! Anyway, listen, you know don't who I am and trust me I get that but you need to hear me out! Can I please come in or something?! I have a lot to tell you." The strange girl stood in the pouring rain as I gesticulated for her to come into my house.
