BEEP BEEP BEEP
Was always the sound that she loved in the morning.
Karren awoke to the consistent beep of her alarm clock. She lived by alarms. Her life was ruled by limitations. Everything she did in her day was always scheduled. Her motto was, "Time is not meant to be wasted, use every second efficiently"
Her days were filled with hard work and no fun. She rarely had any free time and when she did, it was filled with extra work from her coworker.
Her coworker, Angie, was nothing like Karren and never worked. Angie was a free willed woman who was also an extreme procrastinator. She loved relaxing even at her fast paced workplace.
Karren and Angie met at a mandatory council meeting. Angie tried very hard to find a friend at her new job and Karren wasn't so willing.
Even though they are close they only became that way by Karren's persistence on Angie when they had to make documents together for clients.
Angie felt so moved by Karren's will to work and insisted they be friends. Karren agreed as long as she got whatever work Angie did not finish. Which is how they began being friends 3 years ago.
