What Are Friends For?

[Devin's PoV]

"Fuck" the random guy says as I kiss his neck, "I don't even know you" he adds while pushing me lightly to see my face. "Hi I'm Devin" I say before kissing his lips "I'm William" he says moaning into my mouth, "well William let me see your willy" I say while tugging at his pants. But before I can even unbutton them someone taps on the car window "Devin what the hell!" my best friend Brian yells "shit" I say opening the door while he grabs my arm and drags me out the car "why the fuck are you in a strangers car?!" he yells squeezing my arm. "Ow stop!" I say letting him know he needs to let go while he drags me to his car and practically throws me in it.

He parks his car behind my brothers and turns it off "what is wrong with you?" he says while hitting his steering wheel "he could have had aids or some shit and you were about to have sex with him!". My eyes begin to water as I realize he was right "I'm sorry" I say while putting my hand on the door "I'm sorry too, I just want you to be safe" he says opening his door and then walking to my house "come on I bet your family is worried sick".

I walk in behind him and sees my mom and my brother Dillon sitting on the couch staring at us "oh my baby!" my mom says jumping up and speed walking to me "moooooooooom" I say while she touches my face. "Where have you been?" my brother says calmly as he walks up to me "at Jade's house" I say as he stares in my eyes and searches my soul, "he's lying mom" he says as she gives me the 'I'm upset with you young man' look. "No need to lie Devin.. We were at my house" Brian says as he turns to face Dillon and Dillon mouths "my room now". "Ok that I beleive" Dillon says to get mom to calm down while walking up the stairs then he looks back at us "well atleast I know he was safe" my mom adds as she goes and sits back on the couch.

"Where the fuck were you really at?" Dillon says as I close the door behind me "why does it matter?" I ask while walking over to his bed and sitting down. "Because you're my little brother and you're always going towards trouble, so tell me" he says looking at me and Brian then I cross my arms "I'm not saying a word" Brian says smiling "and neither am I" I say standing up and walking towards the door. Dillon frowns and then sits on his bed "fine" he says as we walk out and into my room across the hall.

"Thanks" I say while taking my shoes off and then falling down on my bed "what are friends for?" he says sitting beside me. I look at him and starts smiling out of random "you're so fucking cute" I say kneeing him in the back "I know... But I'm straight" he says before he bites his lip teasing me. I get up and messes with his hair "I wish you weren't though" then he fixes his hair and gets in my face "I'll tell you when I'm not" he says before he kisses my cheek and walks to the door. I open my eyes wide and stares at him "what the hell was that?!" I yell standing up and walking up to him "just giving you some hope". What the fuck does that even mean?

I hear my mom and dads car pull up in the driveway "dads home" I say opening my door and watching my mom put her jacket on "see you tomorrow" I say waving and she waves back while walking out the door. Me and Brian watch as Dillon runs downstairs "dad!" he yells as me and Brian look at eachother then starts chasing him downstairs. "Dad, Devin won't tell me where he's been" Dillon says as he stands beside him "Devin Walter Francis where the hell have you been all day? Your mother called me to see if I knew!" my dad yells as I cross my arms and fills with guilt. Brian walks in front of me "like I said before, he's been at my house" he says looking at him with no expression on his face "I don't believe you" Dillon says getting closer "you don't have to" Brian says as he pushes him back. My dad walks inbetween them "alright boys that's enough" he says pushing them apart "if that's the story your sticking with then so be it" my dad says walking to the kitchen and grabbing a beer.
