Tan boots hits grey pavement,
pale fingers through ginger hair.
Emerald eyes gaze at chocolate locks,
wine lips pursed, coal eyelashes fluttered.
Constellations gleam, swimming in a black sea,
and her eyes,
they were star coloured.
Cream nails tap at a silver wheel,
golden light on a scarlet car.
Mint pumps scrape off blush carpet,
peach jeans paired with forest cotton.
Lampposts flicker, bathing the road in glitter,
and her eyes,
they were star coloured.
Magenta streams cover a brick dorm,
maroon cups litter a grass walkway.
Ghost hands cup mahogany cheeks,
plum meets nude.
Lights flash, all the colours of the rainbow,
and her eyes,
they were star coloured.
